The Lincoln Manor - Banquet Hall & Event Center — Attraction in Lincoln Park

I am just returning home from an event I planned at Lincoln manor and had to leave a review! Everything went that well!

Firstly, the genorsity of the venue was unbelievable! I needed a venue space to hold two events; a henna party and a wedding reception. Both are vastly different in budget and expectations, with the wedding reception requiring more. I decided to visit Lincoln manor after having already visited 13 other venues. (I know I know it’s a lot but i am a planner lol!) 5 venues could meet my expectations for the parties and I liked 2 a lot! But this was before visiting here. My first appointment I was given a tour and information by Chef Moe. Wonderful man! I told him what my budget was and he started giving me so many dinner options! He showed me all the spaces they had for rent and even had vendor suggestions for me for my planning needs. I took all the information and was going to do more research when I left. As I was leaving the venue I got lost finding my car and I bumped into Nooradine, one of the owners of the venue, and he is the kindest, and I mean KINDEST person I’ve ever met in my life! He helped me get to my car and was so down to earth l and humble! He gave me his contact info and said I could reach out anytime with questions about the space- and he honored his word because he answered all my questions directly. He could’ve easily sent me to the office manager but he didnt. I decided to book the venue for both events! Deposits were paid and contracts were signed. This is where the generosity of the people at Lincoln manor comes in. Like I said, I’ve visited 13 venues this year and not a single one provides a complimentary event coordinator but Lincoln manor does! Mine was named Iglal and she was an absolute God send! she reached out before my event to coordinate last minute things like an easel and sign for my entrance, a privacy curtain, signs for the guest parking and so much more! And the day of my event she was running from one end of the venue to the other delivering things, fixing things, checking in on my guests and their needs! Oh my goodness what a hell she was!

Between Moe, Nooradine and Iglal the henna party was fantastic! Honestly am still so surprised at how well it went! Thank you, thank you,thank you to all 3 of these people and the wonderful staff working tonihjt! You made tonight perfect and I know you’ll work harder for the reception.

The hall is very clean and bright! The staff is amazing and catered to all of our needs during the event day. I highly recommend this hall due to one worker in particular named Maysa who served outstanding service and exceptional mannerism during the whole event. Maysa helped in every way she could even if the tasks might have seemed difficult. She would help my family members coordinate during the wedding walk in and give great advice to make the day flow as smooth as possible. She was polite in helping the bride and groom when making their entrance into the hall and guarding the doors when needed. Her work ethic was extremely professional and never gave any negative attitude no matter how hectic it got during the event. The wedding hall was filled to capacity yet her service was very quick and smooth and she always checked in at our table throughout the night to make sure everything was going just right. When it came to serving food, all food was brought in a timely manner and individual requests(such as drinks and extra silverware) were taken care of without any issue. I felt as if our family wedding was prioritized more this way and her skills made the party flow easier. She is very reliable considering she had many tasks in such short time given by my family. Hosted our annual seniors event today, 09/19/25 at Lincoln Manor. Approximately 170 people in attendance. Before I select a venue, I conduct site visits of about 10 banquet facilities. The one selected has to meet my high standard. Ali at Lincoln Manor exceeded my expectations. Other halls charge extra fees for everything not Lincoln Manor. One of the items on the top of my list is customer service which was amazing throughout the entire process. My guest informed me that they loved the food. They were even given carry out containers so they could take the extras home. Who does that- Lincoln Manor! The amount of food provided was well over enough. The restrooms are within the room you reserve which is also a plus for me because I like my guest to feel the privacy of our space. The location is located a few blocks from I-75 which was another plus. Ali and Ruua were both available to us through the entire event. Excellent customer service, great food, centrally located, beautiful layout and reasonable price. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Lincoln Manor and will be telling my friends about the experience. It’s a great place to host business, social and family gatherings. Oh one last note there are 3 projector screens in each room which was great because I had a rolling PowerPoint slideshow of our last year’s events and successes.
