KFC — Restaurant in Lincoln Park

I recieved my door dash order from here a little while ago which was a 16 piece meal with 4 sides and a chicken bowl. When my door dash driver dropped off food I call KFC immediately to let them know I only recieved 4 pieces of chicken 3 sides and my chicken bowl but missing 12 pieces of chicken gravy and fries. The girl who answered the phone started talking to the guy who put my order together and I heard him repeat multiple times "No she is lying" . When I told the girl I was not lying and offered to come get the missing items from my $68 order I was told the door dash driver must have the items if I was not lying. Like what?? I was told there was nothing they could do. I then called door dash customer support and explained what happened and how I did not believe the driver stole 1/2 of my food I was able to get a full refund ( since I guess I am a VIP member because I order at least 4 times a week and never have had anything like this happen). The door dash customer support lady kept apologizing for how KFC treated me. I get you get busy and accidents happen that is why I offered to come pick up missing items but do not tell your customers they are lying or try to blame a driver who has no idea what I ordered. If you want to work with the public you need to learn how to speak and treat your customers. I will be contacting the supervisor and manager but from what I see from reviews nothing gets resolved. I will also contact corporate to make sure customers do not get treated like this. I have also posted on all my social media to NEVER order from this location. If you don't want someone treating your mother or grandmother like this PLEASE DO NOT TREAT OTHERS...

OMAR IS RUDE AND DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO BE A MANAGER. I DONT KNOW IF HE IS LETTING HIS PERSONAL LIFE AFFECT HIS JOB BUT HE IS DOING A TERRIBLE JOB. I CAME IN THE FRONT DOOR TO COME PICK UP A UBER ORDER. AS IM TRYING TO WALK THRU THE DOOR HE JUST PUSHES HIS WAY THRU ME WHILE ON THE PHONE WITHOUT SAYING EXCUSE ME, SORRY OR ANYTHING. I JUST STOPPED AND LOOKED AT HIM AND PROCEEDED IN. THERE WERE 2 LADIES SITTING AT THE MIDDLE TABLE AND YELLED OUT RUDE AT HIM. I LOOKED AT THEM, AGREED AND I STEPPED TO THE COUNTER AND ABOUT A MINUTE LATER HE CAME BACK IN THE STORE AND STARTED HEADING TO THE BACK. I LOOKED AT HIM AND SAID, "AND YOU WORK HERE??? WOOOOWWWW...." HE PROCEEDS TO THE BACK, STILL ON THE PHONE BY THE WAY AND STILL DIDNT SAY ANYTHING TO ME. IT WAS FINALLY MY TURN AND IM STANDING AT THE COUNTER I SHOOK MY HEAD WHEN HE LOOKED AT ME. THEN HE COMES UP TO THE COUNTER AND ASKS ME "DO YOU WANNA GET MY FOOD OR DO YOU WANNA LEAVE. I LOOK AT HIM AND SAID "WHAT??? WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM?" HE WALKS AWAY THEN HE WALKS RIGHT OUT THE BACK AND OUT THE FRONT DOOR AGAIN STILL ON THE PHONETHIS WHOLE TIME. I STEPPED UP TO THE COUNTER AND ASKED THE LADY WHO HE WAS AND IF HE WAS THE MANAGER. SHE SAID YES THATS THE MANAGER. I SAID WOW, I DONT KNOW IF HE GOT SOMETHING PERSONAL GOING ON BUT HE HAS ISSUES. I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED. THE 2 LADIES SITTING AT THE TABLE SAW THE WHOLE THING. IF THATS HOW KFC MANAGES THEIR STORES THEN THATS TERRIBLE. THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE EXCEPT OMAR. IM IN THIS AREA VERY OFTEN TO TAKE ORDERS ON MY DOORDASHER APP AND I WILL NEVER EAT HERE OR TAKE AN ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN IF OMAR IS STILL...

First time coming to this location. I simply saw a guy with kfc hat and shirt he was coming in at 11 if the inside was open he just looked at Mr and kept going. He didn't lock door assumed they are open came in and ask was inside open and informed them I attempted asking the employee he wouldn't answer according to the nasty response from the heavy set Caucasian said he isn't on clock he don't have to answer. I'm like he couldn't just say is the inside open??? She said they open at 12 online it says 11 so not my fault. I said I placed the order though she said sarcasticly you can't come through drive threw at that point I don't like her attitude the employees were laughing like 2 year Olds at her ignorant sarcasm. So I said I'm good ill go somewhere else I do not trust people like that handling my food. I stood at the door to find cooperates number. She walks to go out no excuse me nothing just stood there so so did I. Than employees said clock her clock her meaning hit me. I don't know why there's such Elementary childish unhome trained children working there. I will never in my life go to her again and had never experienced so much ignorance and disrespect in my life. This place needs to be shut down or they need to hire adults... Not children... I'm not going to just move and she just stood next to me as if im suppose to be...
