This is a hidden gem! I have been wanting to come here with my two children, who have ADHD & different levels of Autism, my son, who is 11, and my daughter, who just turned 6, since they opened. We never had a chance to visit until yesterday (Saturday, June 28, 2025) when we were invited with some friends who are members. My oldest had a blast with the arcade games, the climbing areas, and just being indoors in general in a safe environment to help escape this heat. The facility is card only, which was no issue for us, thankfully. The machine to dispense the game card even took tap to pay, so my son was able to use some Apple Cash he had to load a new game card.
Francine was very helpful when checking in with explaining the waiver, the process since it was our first time, and swatting any of those pesky flies that snuck through the door. They didn't get far because Francine was on it in the lobby, swatting left and right, taking out those summer nuances. Liz with the killer nails (can't wait to see what design she has on our next visit) helped when we needed to check out from the snack bar, which I was very impressed with the selections that are offered. She is very personable and a great asset to the front desk. Kyrsten knew exactly what I needed on this 100 degree day when I ordered a fountain Sundrop because she came in clutch, offering extra ice! I was like, Yessssss please! I was praising the facility already, and they told me where to leave the review, so here I am!
Plum Krazy Play is now a staple in our neurodivergent family! Not only because it is a safe place I can let my children play inside with added sensory play when needed, I can get a fountain Sundrop, AND I can get some adult interactions in.... I say sign me up! We are discussing membership as a family and looking at all the calendar events, including Sensory Wednesday, which is probably going to be the first time I bring my daughter. Can't wait to come again!
As an added bonus, the facility is a Pokémon Gym if anyone plays...
Read moreI was excited to have a place for indoor play so far from the city, but they could work on a few things that made the experience overall unpleasant.
The toddler area is a baby area, my two year old found it to be boring - the rest of the place is designed for kids five and up, there weren’t a lot of spaces a toddler could play independently without being bowled over by bigger kids. Not Plum Krazy’s fault but something to keep in mind if you plan on going with a toddler, to me this just wasn’t worth the $13 entry for how little she was able to experience.
There was food all over the floor, none of the workers left the front desk to monitor the play areas for safety or cleanliness. They ask you not to wear shoes but then you have cookies and doritos sticking to your socks. Then, I got a pretzel with cheese that was dry and stale as if it had been rotating in the warmer all day.
And then we paid for a play card for the arcade games, both myself and another parent tried to play the claw games. Two adults could not win a small toy, either the claws would close far from the prizes or were not strong enough to pick up toys.
I feel like I paid a lot of money to not have a good time. I probably will not be...
Read moreThis place is amazing. The play equipment is fun but what makes it really amazing is the awesome folks who work here. Being the mother to a three year old, I am an Indoor Playground connoisseur. They’re all similar, you know? But this place is different because the people who work there truly love and enjoy children. We played for a few hours and left. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t realize I was locked out of my car. The wonderful woman who worked there—Francine—helped me contact the non-emergency police line and entertained my little guy with tap dance moves and lemonade. She made him feel like a million bucks and I could tell she genuinely loved him and was interested in what he had to say. She even let him help behind the counter for a sec while I got my car unlocked. Amazing staff, amazing place!...
