Subway — Restaurant in Lincolnton

Their hours say they are open until 10pm and the girl even told me over the phone they were open until 10. I went in right before 9:30 to place my order (it was 3 very simple subs) and the girls were just throwing the meat on the bread, I asked for extra cheese on them and she wouldn't even take the time to take the cheese apart- she was just putting 2 slices at a time and when I told her I wanted extra cheese she said that is extra they just don't need to be taken apart. The bread was so hard that you literally could barely touch it without it crumbling all over the place. While I was paying I heard one of the girls tell the other "This is the last order I'm doing tonight". It was 9:40 when I walked out and got in my car. A couple pulled up and walked in the door at 9:42 and the girls wouldn't even take their order. It's ridiculous that these young kids can pick and choose when they want to work and when they want to just stop serving people even if they are supposed to be open until a certain time. I understand it's hard to find help for a lot of places right now but these kids are literally turning away business just because they are lazy and don't want to...

Ordered a chop salad online. Went to pick it up, wasn't chopped, 3 of the vegetables weren't in the salad. Showed correctly on the receipt they were working from to complete the order. Then got an attitude with me when I asked questions. Customer who knew one of the workers made a comment to the woman working about people being ugly and she responded back and agreed. Sorry that my pointing out in a calm, respectful way that my order wasn't correct is considered ugly. Lesson learned to not order off the app to just go in and watch them make the order. I'm okay with a mistake happening. It's that they at first tried to tell me the info wasn't on the ticket making it my fault the order was incorrect then never apologized when they realized it was...

11/11/20 I went into this Subway, I love Subway an their healthy food for my children an myself so after church last night we stopped by an got dinner which I honestly regret because the way they spoke while Customer's were in the store as well as my children whom are 13, 11, 10 an 8 year's old, The Three ladies that were working could careless about what was going on nor their customers 😳 While one stayed on her phone the other two were cussing an talking about quitting their jobs because of "cuss " hours an etc it was honestly disappointing not only does it make them look awful, it makes SubWay look awful as well.. My church an I will be finding another SunWay location an hopefully it'll be better. I'll let y'all...
