BJ's Tire Center — Attraction in Linden

Who hired these people. In my opinion and experience the staff is so careless. While I was driving to the tire center the staff pulled up another customers car right in my car, mind you he parked and drove on the wrong side of the road, and left the car there where I was about to turn into to park my car. Rude.

As we go in we drop our car off, he just asked for confirmation number and to fill out form.

Did not explain anything. Nothing about how long will it take, Warrenty, nothing.

I left my car, I HAD TO CALL THEM 2 hours later. BECAUSE no on called to tell me if my car was ready.

When I got there, he just made me sign the paper and that's it.

I asked him so.... Is everything okay? Is there Warrenty? I had so much questions for him but he was like lazy or showed no interest in his job, blah, I...

I scheduled an appointment Friday because I had tire issues. They were late 20 minutes. Left my car and less than an hour later was told they could not change my tires because of swollen lug nuts. Asked if I removed them would they be able to install he said no. No time. People were very dirty looking (I had the first appointment) anyways besides that walked to get my car and the guy gave me the wrong number to call customer service. I got it online. Called. And the guy said 7-10 business weeks to get a refund and that the third party (tire company) has to confirm the cancellation. Bizarre. I rearranged my work day in order to get them fixed. -Went to a local mechanic and he replaced my tires and said the lug nuts were completely fine.

I wish that I can read them a zero but the app will not allow me to. They do not have anyone who works here that can actually work on or serviced tires other than changing all tires and putting on new tires. There is never a time that you can go there and not wait for at least a half an hour before you even see someone in the lobby who works there. I was told that they only service tires that were bought at BJ’s but the Watchung and Edison BJ’s were both able to help regardless of where you buy the tires. Customer service Here is atrocious.
