I bought a NEW product, according to the description on the WOOT page and after checking with Apple, the warranty is about to expire. It is a fraud and it is a federal crime to sell things as new if they are not. I am going to file a formal complaint with the authorities about this company. I do not usually make this type of comments but it is unfair to sell something as new when it is not, you have to be more fair...
