One of the ladies there yelled at me all because I asked if she could double check the bag to make sure extra bacon was put in. Refused to check the bag and embarrassed me in front of everyone that was there. Even if the food was good, I would never recommend them simply because they’re lacking in customer service skills which a lot of times can make or break a company. I suggest you guys do a better job and learn how to treat the people that order from you with respect.

Read moreI honestly don't know what happened to Rich, but in between the time I left for school (2 years ago) and now; something happened to where the guys become a complete douchebag, to both customers and anyone who walks within feet of the place. Before he was a charismatic, kind person, but now he pretends as if he's never seen your face the thousand of times that you've eaten and had personal conversations with him. Now the man ridiculous and judges people for the smallest, possibly tiniest things without showing any respect to the customers ideals and or even beliefs no matter how much you spend there. The food is a little worse and the place is still as dirty as it originally was; but don't believe that that's a true Jersey diners experience. Because it sure as hell isn't. I ordered from them about three times in the last few weeks, and they got my order wrong . I wrote in the notes exactly what I wanted, so no mistakes were made . They totally ignored the notes each time, I excused them the first time when putting beef in my platter when I specified exactly what I wanted. I don't eat beef and could have been very sick with the meat touching everything in my platter . The second time I went there to order in person, I checked my food, and it was wrong The third time I ordered online, and the order was completely wrong, so I decided to call and speak to the manager . He was rude and nasty towards me. I couldn't believe it !! I really don't appreciate the service I was giving . He was very unprofessional, especially when I'm a paying customer.
