One of the ladies there yelled at me all because I asked if she could double check the bag to make sure extra bacon was put in. Refused to check the bag and embarrassed me in front of everyone that was there. Even if the food was good, I would never recommend them simply because they’re lacking in customer service skills which a lot of times can make or break a company. I suggest you guys do a better job and learn how to treat the people that order from you with respect.

I heard very well what the lady said, but when a customer asks for you to double check something, you should agree with the request rather than raise your voice as that is what customer service is about. If you would have said it in a nicer tone or gave a suggestions or try to solve the problem, there would have been no issue. But there was no need for you to raise your voice and give attitude to someone speaking in a calm manner. That is why your place can never be recommended because it’s lacking in treating people with respect. One thing that should NEVER be done by employees of an establishment is raise their voice at a customer simply because they’re annoyed.
