Horrible birthday experience. We decided to do our son's 5th birthday here and we fully regret it. We paid 274 dollars for 3 lanes in January for our march party. Paid an additional 191 also in advance for extra food the party only came with 2 pies and 2 pitchers. Our party that we reserved months in advance was scheduled for 12 pm at around 11:30 we went in to set up only to realize it was completely packed door to door with people we asked the woman at the desk where to set up and she told us our party had been delayed because there was a league that was late .Our party wouldn't start till 20 Minutes after 12. Which was very frustrating as we reserved so far in advance and paid everything in full.No one called us to inform us nothing was offered for the inconvenience. We called all of our guest informed them it would be late and stood with our cakes and decorations till a space was cleared. The women at the front desk was very clearly frustrated and condescending. Eventually what looked like higher ups maybe managers or owners came out to help us and speak to us reassured us we would get whatever time we paid for on the lanes. At about 12:15 we where set up and waiting on our guests who where now late because we where told our party was going to start later. That's when we started being rushed they came saying they wanted to bring out the food and appetizers our guests where not present yet so we asked them to wait. About 5 minutes later they came back to ask again. As our guest trickled in they started our time even though we where assured they wouldn't costing us 15 minutes of lost bowling time. When the food came out the pizza was underdone and we where missing 2 pizzas I went back up to ask and the women rolled her eyes looked at me like I was dumb checked the invoice and begrudgingly gave us our pizzas. We asked if we could sing happy birthday after our bowling time was up as we had been skimped 15 minutes anyway and they said " you need to be out of here by 2 we have a league coming in " so we cut further in to our bowling time and did everything cleaned up early as we where cleaning up the kids where bowling. The "league" arrived early and sat making comments about our children and how they should get hurt because they had stepped over into a different empty lane by accident and we had corrected it immediately. They basically breathed down our necks till we where done cleaning up. We will never ever be back. It seems they don't care about customers unless they are part of a league. Guess the leagues own this place not great for general public or people just going...

It is a nice place. I had a good time. I went on a Friday night. The price was 60 for 1 hr. It was a bit pricey. They charge more for peak hours. The game took a few minutes longer to start, because there were mechanical issues, which was addressed quickly. the staff is cool. The drinks were nice and the food is good, they do serve alcohol, there is a whole bar area. The fries were cold, she offered to refry them, hard pass, cold fries it was, instead of new ones. It wasn't thay expensive, I think less than $15 for fountain drink, fries and 6 chicken wings, the chicken wings were so good I went back for more, no fries though, the fries were good, just cold. I saw a lot of people ordering pizza it looked good and they had different sizes, personal size and larger pies. I don't remember what other stuff was available.

The atmosphere was good, it reminded me of late 90s early 2000s. The place looked a bit dirty, the carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a decade. I did not see the bathrooms. The place is big there were over 35 lanes. It was a busy night so it was hard to get a variety of the lighter bowling balls, so I used the same 3. It took away from the time, which sucked because 60 bucks. There were some sketchy looking men outside, so I was a bit apprehensive, but it was a nice relaxed time. There was a variety of people, some serious bowlers. The alcohol was good, I saw many people with beer buckets, no one was drunk, just people having fun. They don't offer cups of water, you have to pay for everything. The music was good as well, mostly stuff from older generation. There was nothing new, but it was fun for me. There was a game room, but most of them did not work and the bikes that did required paper money, no coins. I will...

I had a party here for my 6 year old daughter. The party was suppose to start at 3 but started at 4:00. The only reason I’m giving this place 3 stars is because my host was great he tried his best to recover the experience we had with his other staff members and that did not go without notice. As for the Woman at the food area she was very rude and nasty which played a very huge part in our experience here because a lot of my guest also said she was rude to them as well and for a place that’s already including the gratuity no matter how busy it is should NOT take it out on the customers. I just hope that they fire her or replace her she’s obviously not good with ppl sometimes it’s not what you say it’s how...

We were in town to visit family. This bowling alley is one of the places they have been going to for years. They have a full service bar and pretty good food in the food area. Nice, clean and pleasant atmosphere. I didn’t see any accessible parking. Kid Friendly during the day. Not dog friendly. #Ttip: a favorite of the local community. Many of the people in the place seemed to know one another. IMO-You should too. Think about that.
