I was looking for a snack and some coffee, and this place caught my eye, since the exterior is so colorfully designed, with a nice big enclosed patio out front. In the parking lot, I noticed a beautiful tropical mural painted on the wall and fence, very nice aesthetically. When I walked in, they had some Cumbia playing, and everyone in there was all smiles, like they were happy to be there, including the employees.. The place totally gives out a happy vibe and feels very Colombian. There’s a bakery and coffee counter with some tables in the front, but the back room is a nicely decorated colorful dining room. I ordered a pan de bono, which was fresh and chewy, and a delicious coffee, the total came to less than four dollars. Then I had a chicken in Empanada which is delicious, and it only came to $1.90! Amazing value here. Hoping to come back for a full lunch sometime soon. Definitely hit this spot!

Colorful place right off 1&9. They have a Bakery in the building as well as the restaurant. The bakery has coffee and fresh juice with various breads, muffins, empanadas, desserts and more. We stopped in for lunch and were happy we did. Nice place with music and a dozen tables. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner there but no alcohol until after 3pm due to the school across the street. I ordered the Columbian sampler which came with steak, chorizo, checherones and a fried egg with rice and beans and plantains! It was huge.....I should have worn sweatpants! Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. My partner had the grilled chicken and shrimp which was bangin. It also had rice and beans and a salad. Cooked perfectly!! Real nice. The wait staff was very nice and took good care of all our needs. If you're in the area and hungry check this place out. Doggy bag going home with ya. Enjoy

I’ve been to the one on Morris Ave and I have to say I’m blown away at the difference here. With my 2 star review I’m sure it’s clear my experience wasn’t good, but so you understand how different, here are the details. 1. The food tastes completely different. I had to add salt and pepper to my food. Never the case on Morris Ave. 2. The service was so terrible I waiting over 20 mins for our server. (There was only one other table of two at the time) 3. While I was talking to the server he walked away while I was mind sentence of asking to add to my order. 4. While ordering we weren’t given any options like we receive on Morris Ave. Examples coffee on Morris Ave they ask if you want cinnamon etc, I ordered mini empanadas Morris Ave would ask if we want chicken, beef or both. 5. I ordered 5 mini empanadas orders. After a while they tell me they started frying 3 orders. I told them I needed 5 orders. Why wouldn’t you tell me before you started frying the 3 orders . 6. On the menu it says the mini order of empanadas come with 10 per order. The server tells me it comes with 8. I have to ask what is going on here?!?! NEVER AGAIN!!!! I will stick to going to Brisas on Morris Ave.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brisas, and I must say it was a delightful experience. I ordered the chicken with shrimp in a garlic sauce, and it was cooked to perfection. The flavors were well-balanced and incredibly satisfying. The atmosphere at Bria's is very inviting and enjoyable. I visited on Mother's Day, and the live music added a wonderful touch to the evening. The decor is beautifully done, creating a pleasant and cozy ambiance. I also tried the piña colada, and it is definitely a must-have—refreshing and delicious. The service was top-notch, with everyone being respectful and attentive. Overall, Brisas provides a fantastic dining experience that I highly recommend.

Terrible service, the chairs were very uncomfortable and terrible food. I ordered a churrasco and they brought me a steak full of greasy edges and hard like unseasoned rubber. My husband and my son ordered an entraña and super hard without seasoning too. We had to wait a long time for the drinks and food, apart from the fact that they never went to ask if we needed anything else or if we were okay with the food. Oh! And for the bill we also had to wait about 20 minutes practically begging for them to pay attention to us. I’m extremely disappointed with this restaurant!

I live a healthy lifestyle and diet throughout the week. However, when I’m looking for a healthy “cheat meal” Brisas is my go to spot! I always go for the calentado desayuno, uffff que rico 🔥 It comes with eggs, chicken, rice, una arepa, y queso. So much variety and flavor 🙌🏼 Service is great and the servers attend to you quickly. Santi’s energy is always friendly and welcoming. He makes you feel like family. The music can get a little loud at times which makes it hard to have conversations. But other than that, this place is great. Definitely recommend!
