I brought my guitar here for repairs. It needed a setup and had some pretty bad string buzzing due to some uneven frets. I called in beforehand and explained what it needed and also explained what it needed when I dropped it off. By the next day they had it done. After I took it home I sat down to play it and was a little disappointed to realize the buzzing was just as bad as before, and since they had lowered the action a bit on the setup, it was arguably worse. Also each of the bridge pins were pretty badly beat up (they changed the strings as well) and there was some glue on the fretboard from where they had glued the nut in place. In there defense though, the guitar sounds and plays much better than it did before. I couldn’t find on the receipt that they made an attempt to fix the string buzz, so I’m assuming there was a misunderstanding somewhere and they didn’t realize I wanted that done (although it very obviously needed to be done). Respectfully, I will most likely be taking my stuff elsewhere in the future.

I had been looking for a guitar for several months before i came here and wow, I found the right place! Ben was very helpful explaining about the guitars I was interested in. Anyway, I ended up walking out with a beautiful Alvarez (plus a case that fit it great), and paid much less for it than I was planning to on just a guitar. He also gave me a really nice trade in for my old guitar that i wasn't expecting much for. I got a nice wall hangar that I had been wanting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a guitar, especially with an owner who knows and has a passion for his stuff. I can't wait to play new music with the Alvarez and improve on my old music! Thanks Ben! -Tanner Kreider🎸

I just had an incredible record safari at Lititz Music. Coming from Phila to Harrisburg for a few days hit up new local record shops in my travels. Lititz was a pure joy. Such great records in quite good shape as well. And the prices are excellent. Picked up a heap. Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Sadly it's a wee-bit too far to frequent for me being from Phila. Regards, Darl Layher

Lititz Music Company is really a cool place. They have a massive selection of guitars and records, with a few electric pianos and the occasional drum set. Ben really knew his stuff, and I could tell he had plenty of experience! The items I have bought from this store were used, but he had a good criteria on choosing items, because they looked good as new. If you like funky guitars, Ben will have them. If you like heavy metal guitars, he will have them.

An overall great experience, the atmosphere of the small town store is really spot on. The store had a uniqueness on the outside calling me to come in, and I would work here any day.
