1st time visit on 2-24 while in Lititz for the Fire & Ice Festival. Wanted to eat indoors & found you on google. We were a little confused on exactly where to go & stopped on the 1st floor. We found a small table (only 2 of us) it was pretty busy too. We reviewed the menu on the website because we didn’t see any paper ones although later I did see a staff member give a menu to another customer. I also figured out you order at the counter, again it was busy & the person who took my order seemed a bit stressed & kinda gave me the feeling I should know how things work. We ordered the classic & hangover burgers with fries & tried a sour which was good. The food arrived pretty quickly (for the busyness) first I’ll say I just love the tin trays (they’re so cute) the burgers were hot & delicious. The fries were AWESOME & we actually would’ve loved to have had some vinegar to toss on them (I figured out where the condiments were & I double checked but no vinegar) so maybe that’s something to consider 🤷‍♀️ All in all it was a good visit & I would come again just wish I wouldn’t have felt confused/out of place with not knowing how things work. We figured out where to put things when we were done, where the bathroom was & when we were leaving we realized there was an upstairs that wasn’t a private area but open to the public that we could’ve checked for a better table. Maybe we missed signage or something 🤷‍♀️ we’re not dumb lol just a little awkward in a new place. Thanks for a good impromptu dinner & please at least think about the vinegar for your...

Realized this gem is in our back yard after visiting the other location in York earlier this month while on a day trip. It’s tucked away in an alley right off the 2 main streets in Lititz. I swear if you didn’t know it was there you’d miss it! So the ONLY downside is parking sucks as it’s downtown Lititz. I’m mobility impaired so it’s important to me to be able to park close! We arrived shortly after they opened - I’d mention that the brewery is on several floors in an old Factory - but there’s an elevator.

The tap list is pretty varied and deep- 16 taps across 4 or 5 styles. Pricing is pretty decent - what I’d expect for a brewery. Full pours and half pours are available along with growlers for take out. The beers we had were excellent my wife and I each tried several styles.

Now the food - it’s limited for sure but the food is exceptional. We ordered wings and Reuben fries. The wings were pretty standard - but the Reuben fries were amazing. Fresh hot fries with huge pieces of Corned beef on them along with sauerkraut and sauce - just amazing.

The location of fairly small and fills quickly but there is another floor - which we didn’t see. It’s light and airy and looks exactly like what it is - an older factory! It is however very clean and clean looking. Bartenders are really friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel welcome.

Overall a very satisfying afternoon and one I’m sure we will...

Located in a historic Lititz Shirt Factory, Collusion is a wonderful addition to the town. I've been to the original location in York, so I knew what to expect when I walked in: amazing beer. They have a decently long tap list, as well as wine, cider, and canned beer to go, as well as crowlers of what's on tap.

On my visit, we tried the First Rite pilsner and some sour beers (both apricot and key lime pie). The standout to me was the Homunculus lemon lime cheesecake double IPA. They have a nice variety beyond IPAs, with some stouts, a bock, a witbier, a pumpkin ale, and a brown ale on the menu as well. They weren't doing flights on my visit, but you can get half pours.

For food, I went with the Spicy Burger, while my partner chose the Pesto Chicken sandwich. Both served with fries, and the food came up relatively quick. My only complaint is that the burger could've used more jalapenos. Self-service water would also be nice to see added.

We had a friendly bartender who took our orders, as there is no wait staff. Seating is limited, although there is an upstairs area that we didn't get to check out. Everything looked clean on the inside, and they just did an all-around...

Food and beer were really good. The bartender (Casey) was really funny and great at dealing with a patron that had way too much to drink. I don't think that's the normal for the crowd there, but provided some extra entertainment. The atmosphere is great and a relaxing place to hangout at the bar. We had the pretzels that were made in town by Sturgis. We had actually just finished the tour of the pretzel factory just before going to Collusion. I think they were actually better at Collusion because they were brushed with butter and served with beer cheese (way better than the store nacho cheese stuff you get at the factory). We also had the french onion smash burger. As someone that usually orders burgers medium rare, I was worried that the burgers would be overcooked and dry since you can't specify how you want them done. I was surprised how juicy the patties actually were. If we ever head through Lititz, we'll definitely stop by again.

I discovered a fantastic spot while driving through Lititz—Collision. This modern bar and restaurant has a convenient counter service, and the atmosphere is bright and welcoming with several TVs playing college basketball games. We kicked things off with the nachos, which were absolutely loaded with cheese, beans, jalapeños, and corn. My wife ordered the Tre Formaggi Flatbread, reminiscent of pizza, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for her. I chose the Hangover burger, which was impressively massive and deliciously messy. Every bite made it clear that Collision takes its food seriously. Even though my wife wasn’t thrilled with her dish, we both agree that we’ll definitely be returning. Collision is a place I can confidently recommend!
