P.S. to the customer base out there, these syrupy balsamics are already very reduced, a lot of low grade Balsamics aren’t reduced and are very watery, which shows Of Olio’s Quality, selling a Much better product Thats already been reduced and lost a lot of the water Through evaporation instead of selling it to the customer!, so while generally speaking, the average Vinegarette recipe is one part balsamic to two parts Oil, a lot of theirs at Olio are suggested at a 50/50 ratio, which means You’ll really practically double the life of each bottle you buy Here when You figure every Equal sized Bottle of Oil Doubles the mileage out of Each bottle of Your Balsamic! Their White Balsamics are Spectacular, their Thicker, Dark Balsamics too (I think the fruity and the nutty flavors are done very well!), Even the Olive Oil that comes in Flavors like Blood Orange, When combined with Flavors like Champagne Balsamic make for the single best salad dressing I’ve ever tasted and can’t wait to try! Be sure to pick up a bottle of...
Read moreWhile I lived in FL, I found an olive oil & balsamic vinegar store that was incredible. It was one of only a few things I knew I would miss. Not missing it anymore since finding Olio. The atmosphere in the store is very positive - it's clean, the decor is inviting, the staff is pleasant & knowledgeable. You can taste test oils & vinegars. Ask the staff for suggestions as to pairing vinegars & oils. Love that there are multiple bottle sizes. Provides the ability to try a small amount at home then go back & buy larger quantities of the ones you love. The balsamic vinegars are wonderful. Drizzle the bittersweet chcoclate orange balsamic on vanilla ice cream - decadent! The lemon cucumber white balsamic is wonderful on leafy greens, cooked or raw. There are other items in the store. On one trip, the bacon marmalade was recommended. The thought of such a concoction was not an idea I had ever envisioned. Tasted & bought it!! Great on roasted Brussels sprouts, roasted broccli and/or roasted butternut squash. The selection of soup mixes is quite good. I've lived in Lititz for 9 months & have already been to Olio...

Olio was a gem and a big surprise as the storefront didn’t prepare us for the experience we had when we entered.
It’s huge, clean and very organized. We tried many oils both Italian and Greek. So many great choices. I like bold and settled on purchasing a great bottle.
Sane can be said about the vinegars. From regular to white balsamic as well as an excellent green apple cider vinegar. Was spectacular.
There’s gift baskets ready to go as well as many other gift items. A one stop shop for all things gourmet.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Offered help and insight without intrusion. The best sales people don’t have to sell.
I plan on enjoying the several bottles of both oils and vinegars and will return when I’m back in the area.
If you visit Lititz make it a stop. You’ll be...
