Don't waste your time or money! We are from Hot Springs and came to celebrate a combined birthday present for my two younger sons and I can honestly say it was not worth the money spent at all. It seems to be employed by strictly teenagers with no respect or work ethic. When we first arrived and went to the front counter to inquire about activities and pricing the young ladies working did not give us any information or direction of how anything worked or what we needed to do for any of the activities. Every time we needed something from an employee they were rude or simply ignored us with obvious eye rolls. We attempted to purchase an Icee but were told the machine was broken, I had to wait over twenty minutes for a single order of nachos (which is simply tortilla chips covered in cheese sauce) that cost $7 and when finally getting them it was after the young lady behind the counter had to remind her coworker what she was supposed to be doing instead of talking on her phone and then they were obviously thrown together with cheese sauce all over the container. My son's father was bumped into by an employee near the front counter and again by someone outside after getting off of the go carts without even an "excuse me". Alot of the arcade games were apparently out of order but you wouldn't know it unless you hunted down the tiny sign placed somewhere out of immediate view on the machines, subsequently making us go to the counter several times after a machine ate our money because the only sign stating it was out of order was not near the money/card slot or across the game itself but either toward the bottom of the machine or on the side. I know that my family will absolutely not be going back and I plan on spreading my experience by word of mouth to make sure none of my friends or extended family give a cent to this place. There is no excuse for an experience this bad, especially from a business centered around family fun and enjoyment. The only positive thing I can take out of this experience is the understanding that this business is nothing more than a hangout for the teenage employees. Don't...
Read moreDetailed review In short: Okay, maybe if you don’t have the highest expectations. Searched for something fun and activity based for my girlfriend’s birthday. The website made the activities seem pretty fun so we gave it a go. A little pricy for two arm bands, I believe we did the 3/4 activities each. We chose the arcade, go carts, and mini golf. The guy at the register was very helpful but other than that, we hardly interacted with workers there. Apparently we were supposed to get our activities ticked off our armbands as we went but no one bothered to check until the very last activity we did? Which is actually fine… if you paid for just one or two activities. But for the price I paid, I’m really not sure what the point was. The go carts had a few people on them already, so we prepared to wait for the course to clear. (The set up gave you the impression that you would get to race the person/people you came with). The worker explained what to do (he tried to but the go carts were very older and so loud that you couldn’t hear the guy) and proceeded to just say - whenever you guys are ready just go. lol it was funny because there were racing lights and a start line but the guys was just like “byeee”. Rough start to those as we both couldn’t really get going? The guy had to push start us off and we would see him have to hop on the back of these during the rides to help others stop too. Kinda janky if you ask me. You just had to be there. The mini golf was okay, couldn’t tell which side was the lesser hole game. Again it was kinda a “figure it out” situation. The course was in decent quality but it could really use some work. With that being said, they did have signs up apologizing about that. Annnnnd lastly. The arcade. I will leave it at this: it wasn’t a lot… but it was something. Anywho, we had an okay time. I just wish I was better equipped with more accurate...
Read moreTime to update the promo materials!!! Aerial ropes not available. If you see the website, billboards, posters, or brochures for this place you will see plenty of pictures of the high ropes. Don't be fooled! We've come two years in a row and the course has been closed that whole time. The arcade was in worse shape this year compared to last year, with a couple more machines broken and the card reader out of order. The bumper boats are always fun, but there are only 3 that work (and 3 more floating in the pool, which don't work... and another 2 behind the fence, which are in pieces). The mini golfing was great, with a tidy and creative course that offers some good challenges and laughs. The go karts were in good shape and the staff there were very friendly and fun. The first person who greeted and served us at the counter was miserable and unwelcoming, and I was ready to give this a 2-star review until another person turned it around for us. The second one was very friendly and kind and sweet to our kids and respectful to us. The food is exactly what you'd expect for a place like this... delicious but don't go in with high expectations... and it hit the spot. The park is clean and obviously maintained carefully. We had a better time last year than this year, which may change our plans when we pass by again next summer. It's a shame the park can't improve the broken things to make them available again, and in the meantime maybe stop showing off the stuff in your ads if it isn't available...
