Torrid — Local services in Little Rock

I visited this store for the first time 8/10/24. I was greeted at the door and told of the specials and that's where the customer service stopped. I was particular looking for bodyshaper/spanx. I found them and went to the counter to pay for them. The person that checked me didn't really me speak to me or ask me anything other than the price. I have never worn nor tried anything on like bodyshapers, etc before so when I got home, I tried them on and discovered I'm just too short to wear them. The size was correct but they just did not work. I returned to the store today (8/20/24) to return them. I was told they are considered final sale. And that I should have been told that. Had I been told that, as I explained to the customer service rep, I would not have spent $40+ on something that I have tried and need to try on to see if they worked. She then stated its stamped as final sale. Pointed out to me a small red dot (smaller than a dime size) and it was smeared. I asked her how is the public suppose to know that is considered final sale especially if I was not told when I originally checked out. They offered no solution. I'm highly upset and will never purchase from Torrid again. As mentioned this was my first and now only experience with them. They need to stay off their phones and chatting with each other and take care of...

The sales associate working 08/27/2024 was the rudest associate I had ever encountered in my time shopping with torrid. I had to ask for a dressing room and she made me feel like I was bothering her. It was just her and me in the store so it wasn’t like she was really. Besides being on her phone. I asked for her help with finding one particular item. Which seemed to already be too much. When I asked if they would price match the websites prices she told me they wouldn’t match any prices as long as it’s on the website, but afterwards. Where would you price match if not the website. It all just seemed too much of a hassle. So I left almost all of my stuff besides the two pieces I couldn’t get at the Conway location. I don’t think I have to say I won’t returning to this store. If my business is not wanted I much rather take it to the very friendly and kind store in conway that is much cleaner and...

We went to the store and the door is locked with a sign saying they are on break. (There are also posted hours stating limited hours and they are closed between 11-12 - it is now 315) So we wait for 5-10 min. There is no sign saying when they are coming back. We can clearly see the employees inside laughing and having a great time. They never come to the door or acknowledge us. I completely understand needing a break and being short handed. So we walk around for 30 min and come back. The door is unlocked, but we are stopped at the door. We ask if we can come in and the girl says she has to ask her manager. Then a manager comes out and says they are taking a break and they don’t know when they are coming back. So there are multiple associates in the store and they close in 2 hours for the day, but I can’t come in for 5 min to shop?? Absolutely terrible...
