Intrigue Little Rock — Attraction in Little Rock

The experience was awesome. Enjoyed the "follow the breadcrumbs" experience with the different story/game line experiences once can choose. The staff was very friendly and patient. I forget the guy's name who spoke with the British accent in a suit, but he was helpful and fun. He really dove into his character.

Clues - some of the clues were a little off until they gave us a hint. However, once we got the hint, everything went smoothly.

Atmosphere - there were other people present obviously. However, it made the place more lively. In addition, the other people being present didn't take away from the experience at all. The other guests were like Non-playable characters.

Price - 4/5 stars for the pricing. I put 4 of 5 because I will always search for the discount.

Location - It's located within the outlet in Little Rock. So, you're able to get some shopping done afterwards if need be or go to the food court if you get hungry.

Restroom - It's unisex and there was only one I believe. My date and I got there prior to many patrons coming in. However, I feel as if a line can build up if the place is...

Overall we had a good time at Intrigue. The venue was spacious and I was able to access about 90% of the areas in my wheelchair. The sets were well decorated and I really loved the overall concept. There were a few things that disappointed us as a group of five adults. One was that the website did not give good descriptions of the adventures. We chose the Toy Maker and it was way too easy. Afterwards we could tell it was more geared towards families. And the “control panel” we had to put together was simply a five piece tangram puzzle. I was expecting wires and gears. The website could benefit from a difficulty rating or at least noting family friendly adventures. Second, our clue mistress was friendly but she was a little too “helpful”. We felt like she was giving us solutions too quickly like she was rushing us out even though we were well under our one hour allotment. Absolutely loved this! We have done approximately 25 escape rooms throughout the country. When we came across Intrigue, it really appealed to us because it seemed really different. And different it is! You get to run the whole building while you work on your game. There are other people working on their games And it does not interfere with yours. It was fun for my husband and I to divide and conquer on certain tasks, and then come together to work on specific pieces of our puzzles. The staff was really great. They were always fun to engage with when we had a question. We bought the two hour pass. It was enough time for us to complete two of the stories.
