E.Leigh's Contemporary Boutique - Little Rock — Attraction in Little Rock

I used to walk in to this store, and the guest experience was great. But wow, what a horrible guest experience. Nobody talked to me and the people working just talked with each other. No one even asked me how I was doing or greeted me when I walked in. They did get me a room but that was it. No follow up, no checking for different sizes, and no conversation with any of the guests that walked in. At one point a mom and daughter left, and I overheard them say “oh I guess they left” when they left about 10 minutes before they even realized! Such a disappointment for a store in the hillcrest area. Hopefully the owner will teach their employees about guest experience, so this doesn’t happen with anyone else.

E.leigh's is a seemingly cool place to get modern boutique items so I was really excited when I found it and I'm really big on supporting smaller local businesses. But my experience was very poor. They're "contemporary" boutique items are very poor quality. The shoes and clothing are set for normal boutique prices but they're very crapy items. The jeans I ended up buying have spots in the fabric that are really thin and will definitely end up with a hole in them after a few wears. It was pretty dim lit in there so I didn't notice this until I put them on at home and then they wouldn't take them back because I had taken the tags off which I did because I intended to wear them that day. The shirt I bought looks fine so far but I haven't worn it yet and their shoes that I thankfully didn't buy are very poor quality as well. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store! I can't say enough good things about it! The clothes are cute, affordable, and are at a great price point! They have a wide variety of clothes from dressy party clothes to super trendy pieces and professional work items! I love that anyone of any age can shop there -- me, my mom, and my niece all shop there and find different items specifically for us! Everyone who works there is always so nice and helpful!
