Food: The salads here are FLAWLESS. Seriously some of the best tasting salads I've ever tasted. "Roasted Chicken Ceaser Salad" was really good.9/10. "Asian Ginger Chicken" was amazing and super flavorful. 10/10. Margherita pizza was okay, but not bad at all. "The Quatro" was a unique pizza with different toppings in each quarter of the pie. The pepperoni pizza has great pepperoni and perfectly molten cheese. We did end up waiting over an hour for the pizzas, but trust me when I honestly say it was worth it. Staff: The service was okay, but they weren't the absolute best (like the food) mainly because the place was packed and all of the tables were full and people were constantly coming in and out. There were only shout 5-7 people on staff that I could see. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was not diminished. Atmosphere: The atmosphere was unique. The focal point of the room was a tall wood/stone oven that extended all the way up to the second floor. The space was crowded in order to fit the large mass of customers. The upstairs (second floor) was peaceful but a little cramped. The wooden planks spread around the restraunt added to the aesthetic of the place. Warm lighting on the second floor was nice. Bathroom upstairs was clean but a little warm (as it resided next to the upper part of the oven). There was also an outdoor patio with awnings and fans. If you're in Little Rock you should stop by!

This place is a surprise. From the outside is nice, but the inside is great. The attendants are kind and helpful, and the prices are not bad. The salads are excellent, while the pizza, the crust of which is made out of semolina, is the best we have eaten in quite a while. The Gelato, made on the premises, is fresh and excellent. This place is worth the time and the dollars.

Agree with reviewers about the awkward set-up in this youthful, trendy little place - you wait in line to order, first salads, then pizza. It can be confusing, even intimidating, for first-time diners. First dinnertime visit. Early on a summer Sat. evening was a good time to go. parking for this somewhat hidden little place was better (other businesses there were closed) - small lot. Outside dining helped the cramped first floor from being so tight (there is an upstairs space too). People even brought their dogs! This couple shared a good Cobb salad, split in two. Dressing can be light medium or heavy - medium was perfect. Gluten-free pizza crust was pasty & pretty tasteless but toppings were fresh. Pizza was better on regular crust - try one with prosciutto! Only one menu option for those who do not care for tomato sauce base, but it turned out to be sparse so not a big deal. Bet they’d sub. Plenty for two people with leftovers. Glass of wine for each brought the bill to about $60 - ok for dinner but for lunch, pretty steep. Would just as soon go to sit-down full service restaurant with more substantial tables & chairs (theirs are fitting for fast food or ice cream parlor). We paid extra separately for dessert - homemade gelato and sorbet - Excellent! Will likely go again when hungry for fresh, tasty salads. Or perhaps just for dessert!

3 wks ago I ordered a salad from the Little Rock Location. It was awesome!! Customer service was great. The young lady who made my salad was awesome!! Today I returned. I would not call them busy but steady at the time. I ordered a "Greek Cafe" minus the feta, onion and chick peas. I asked to add Strawberries, capers and Grilled Shrimp. I asked for a full salad. Along with full Greek with Chicken. Well.... I guess it was too much to handle. It was way too many people handling the order. Instead of keeping the assembly line going as far as making the salads. The salad makers who started my salad moved out of place. To start on something else. Which caused my salad to be lost in the shuffle. My salad was not a full and No Shrimp. I noticed the mistake as the salad was bagged. I asked was shrimp added to the salad. Someone yells "oh yeah that's a small shrimp" I then reply it was a full salad so is salad made full or small. The server who is cashing me out says "we didn't charge you for it." Totally missing the point. So I asked again "is this a full or small salad?" I guess the guy who tried to save the day was the manager says "is looks like a full." Although, in the same sentence they are telling me they have an order of shrimp for a small salad which suppose my salad. So they screwed up. They gave me the Shrimp and a free salad card. I hate when I order out and the order is screwed up. I instantly lose my appetite. So here are some suggestions......

If you start the salad finish it. Instead of a random server walking up to complete the transaction. Especially, if you don't plan on communicating properly with your relief.

The customer is always right in this situation. If I explained I order shrimp for my Salad and the mistake was made by the staff. I don't want to hear. We didn't charge you for it. Because if I am calling it to your attention I obviously wanted Shrimp.

Don't make the customer feel like they are the problem. When your staff made the...

The food is great, in person. If you order a salad to-go, be prepared for disappointment. They changed the way they do to-go salads when Covid started and have never went back. Before, they made every salad in the large bowl and tossed it then squeezed it into a to-go container. Now, they make the salad in the to-go container. They do not toss it and it is typically half the ingredients. Because of this, I stopped calling in to-go orders and now place them in person. Each time, I ask that they make my salad in the large bowl and toss it before putting it in the to-go container. It is normally not a big deal but you see all of the to-go salads sitting there being made and feel sorry for whoever is getting them because they look pitiful.

Went in a week ago and the guy making the salads was trying to be nice but was visibly stressed. I told him the salad I wanted and he started making it in a to-go container. I asked if he could make it in the large bowl and toss it. He paused as if to think about what to say and then said sure. He dumped what he already had into a bowl, added the rest of the ingredients, then dumped it into a to-go container as if to make a point. Even told me to have a nice day but was irritated that I would ask him to do something that he thought was so obviously ridiculous. If you look up at the salad menu or better yet, look on their website, they advertise ā€œhand-tossed premium salads.ā€ I left paying $17 for a salad that looked like someone made it at home. I have lived in Little Rock for 9 years and called this place a favorite for most of those years. Have literally ordered to-go hundreds of times for me and my family but I think I’m done. Such a shame too because the food can be sooooo good and most of the staff are always...
