Definitely a nice place for a day at the park and a evening stroll. This park has it all...except a splash pad but we can do without this time. Would definitely come back

It is a very lovely park with a beautiful lake and lots of awesome scenery for photos. Me and my honey had a good time there for a couple hours

Scotch bonnets, Pleurotus, polypores, and plenty of available mycelium. "Beach" area with crayfish and plenty of silt rich soil.

I went there to watch my great-grandson, 6 year old, who is on a soccer team. What an incredible experience! I yelled so much I was hoarse!! The coaches have patience of a saint and you can tell that the coaches have been teaching them well at practice games. It is a well-organized game field, there are at least 12 games going on at once. It's a well-kept Park, the grass is green and well-groomed. A beautiful view wherever you look. Plenty of parking for all those parents with kids in games. I had a blast watching all these adorable six year olds, some totally focus on the game and a couple of the girls were more interested in looking at the butterflies and birds! What a fun day!! I'm sure if I was six and being a girl, I probably would be watching the butterflies too!! LOL!!! It's like, who wants to get kicked in the shins, get grass stains on my tights and fall on my...

The park is anchored by Hine Lake. The lake has a path around it that's almost exactly a mile long. Half of the path is finished concrete while the other is crushed gravel. There's a charming picnic and playground area that includes basketball and tennis courts, a covered pavilion with charcoal grills and a swingset. There's a fishing pier on the south side of the lake, but the fishing here isn't the best in my experience- the lake hasn't been stocked since late 2016 and receives heavy pressure from the locals. The banks also also quite shallow and flat making it difficult to cast into deeper water. Nearly all water activities beyond fishing are prohibited. There is no swimming, boating, ice skating,...

Visited during a warm, breezy day. Saw a birthday party happening, people playing tennis, some other people were fishing. I enjoyed my time here especially sitting down in the grass contemplating the mountains on the other side of the lake.

The only con is the parking space. It’s very tight entrance and exist plus limited parking spots but saw a couple of cars parked...
