Subway — Restaurant in Colorado

I visited this Subway location on 04/27/19 around 12:40 PM. I went inside and there were probably three people in line ahead of me. When it was my turn to order, there wasn't anyone currently behind me in line. The man working there asked me what I wanted to order. I was ordering lunch for several family members, so I started off by telling him that I don't mean to be a pain but that I would be ordering 5 sandwiches. He immediately rolled his eyes and rudely said "What's the first sandwich?". I was totally shocked by his response. He continued to be rude the whole time I was there. While ordering the last sandwich (a 6" oven roasted chicken on wheat with provolone), I told him what bread, meat, and cheese needed to be on it. He got out the bread, put the meat on it, and then began taking the order of the man behind me. I was picking out toppings for a different sandwich, and he came over and said "I'm going to ask you one more time what cheese you want on this chicken sandwich", even though I had already told him what kind of cheese. The man who was doing the toppings was very upbeat, friendly, and patient with me throughout the whole process. I wish I would have thought to look and see if the other man had on a name tag. The whole experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be avoiding this location...

I tried to order a sandwich platter. The person who took the order was extremely rude and acted annoyed that I was trying to place an order. He was very rude about choices of breads and acted like my questions about choices were stupid. He also was irritated when I requested to pick up the order at 9:45 AM for a 10:30 party. He said he did not have time to have a sandwich platter ready before 10. This person obviously does not want my money or my business. horrible service. employees do not wash their hands before putting on the gloves to make the sandwiches. sandwiches are made very poorly. not enough toppings and too much sauces. dirty work environment. the knifes they use to cut the sandwiches are constantly covered in sauces and sit at room temperature. the tomatoes have a slimy texture and look like they sat in the sun for about three days. the lobby has food on the floor, under the tables. the floors are also very sticky. I was also told by an employee that there are silverfish and spider eggs in the freezer with...
