Best Pediatric Dentist in the world, in my opinion! Our family has had about 2 different childrenāsā dentists in Hawaii, and 3 different childrenās dentists here in Colorado. In Hawaii, going to 2 different ones there was one as a stand out for being way better than the other, and our kids became so familiar and comfortable; so, we were very worried about our move to Colorado for many reasons, and a good childrenās dentist is one of those concerns! We started with a āFamilyā dentist closest to our new home in Colorado, and it was ok for our 6yr old (now 7yr) old daughter, and for my husband & I too, but it was very miserable for our special needs 6yr old (now 7yr) old son (yes, twins, our boy being special needs); that dentist was nice enough to refer us to a pediatric dentist, and that one did not go that great; but we just hoped & prayed for the best & eventual adjustment for our son, and then I just happen to āstumbleā on Sprout & Bloom, as I was actually trying to attend a medical appointment (did not happen for me, a whole other story, I posted about and reviewed them) in the same building, and seeing the Sprout & Bloom when I went downstairs and just sat in the lobby (to write that review), I kept seeing their amazing colorful peg light-up board thing, so I was curious & went to check it out, and I was given an amazing introduction / tour by the front desk and also meeting the owner/dentist/creator of this amazing place AND then learning that she created her dentist office fully in thoughts of special needs children; I teared up, and felt that God led me to this place for sure!!! My husband was also impressed and he is not ever impressed!!! They have been perfectly accommodating and have amazing abilities, skills, patience with all children and our special needs son!!! When we get there early they find a way to take us back early, which is not expected but just an added bonus!!! The kids LOVE the place, and I LOVE the place (and feel a little like a kid going there, or re-living my kid days a little) the stick-peg board that lights up and lets the kids move the pegs around is so enthralling, there are toys and books in the waiting area, and then there are 3 doors to the back area (1 full size for us adults, 1 smaller size for kids, and then such a special door- you have to see it- itās for the tooth fairy!!!) and then, when the kids are done, there is a wall with multiple cubbies of different small little toys that your child gets to pick (along with getting the usual bag with kids toothbrush, kids toothpaste, and kids floss)!!! The best office, the best dentist, the best team/staff she has, and just an overall amazing environment &...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf youāre in search for a great pediatric dentist for your kids - I 100% recommend Dr. Alli and her team! Itās not everyday you see a business with all 5 stars - and to be honest I was wary about them at first because Iāve never came across a business with ALL 5 stars. But this is the place! They deserve nothing less.
From the moment you walk in, itās beautifully decorated and welcoming. The office doesnāt look like any other sterile medical office - but itās inviting and nicely decorated throughout. We appreciate the child sized chairs and tables and they even have a child sized toilet in the bathroom which is a plus for us! The front desk is always so helpful and friendly (and easy to get ahold of with calls not like other offices where youāre put on hold for 10+ minutes). I want to give a special shout out to Daniel and Joe for making my 2 year oldās dental visits so easy! I myself never enjoyed going to the dentist as a young girl so I was worried my toddler with have those same anxieties but she did incredible as they were so gentle with her and explained everything so well.
And then comes Dr. Alli - I canāt even put into words how incredible she is. Sheās in the right field and Iām happy to have found the perfect dentist for my children. My daughter loves going to the dentist and of course getting a prize after each visit is icing on the cake for her.
One last thing to share, I brought my 4 month old in for a lip tie assessment as weāve had some difficulties with nursing. Iāve heard from other moms that the lip tie procedure helped tremendously with their babies but I was still uneasy about it as I wasnāt even sure if my baby needed it. So I called and made an appointment with Dr. Alli. Going to the appointment I assumed Dr. Alli would check under lip and say yes she has one and recommend the procedure - because $$$$$. But to my surprise after her assessment, she gave her pros and cons, and her honest opinion. Shes very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. After our appointment, she gave us as much time as we needed to make a decision and didnāt feel pressured in any way. We ended up not doing the procedure. And as a mother, I couldnāt be more appreciative of Dr. Alliās honest medical evaluation and opinion. Im so so grateful and so happy to have found...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe have been thrilled with Sprout and Bloom. Our kiddo is Deaf, and has a complex medical history. Weāve had a LONG uphill battle to get decent dental care for him. Weāve previously been treated by other offices who refuse to hire ASL interpreters for our son. This has led to substantial issues with his Dental health. Two years ago, we were seen by a different office who refused an interpreter and allowed an assistant to place a very large filling. Within 60 days, the filling had failed, the tooth abscessed, and the infection was serious enough that emergency oral surgery was performed at Childrenās hospital. This was obviously pretty traumatizing for my son. After leaving that office and seeking services elsewhere, we were met with everything from hostility to outright discrimination when requesting an interpreter for Dental Services- which is actually ADA law. Every other office I contacted insisted that any work done would have to be under sedation, and therefore he wouldnāt need an interpreter. When I called Sprout and Bloom and explained what we needed, Daniel was very patient and kind. He explained that they had never requested an interpreter, but they were willing to, and asked to be trained on that, which I happily did. My son has since had several extractions and a wonderful cleaning with an interpreter. Itās such a relief to find an office who will provide the services my kiddo is entitled to, without hassle. The quality of care goes beyond just having his language needs met. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and patient. Treatments recommended are reasonable and necessary, and everyone is looking out for the long term health of our kiddos. So grateful to have found a...
