Read moreWhen I got here, I’m surprised that probably more than 1,000 people are in line to get to this Christmas tourist attraction. Makes me wonder if it’s worth waiting about an hour to get here despite it not being an amusement park. Actually it is!
I heard that they were awarded to be one of the best Christmas decorated houses in the Bay Area. So many lights as if you’re in a Holiday Town! I’m shocked that they keep count how many Christmas lights they stalled in. Also like other decorations and moving ones. It’s like a mini Christmas Wonderland if you asked me. The owners and staff seem to be very nice taking pictures of people behind the waterfall and Christmas lights.
Some people don’t want to stay in line and wait for at least an hour to get inside, but that’s ok. Admission is free too! They said that they change Christmas themes every year and will be definitely coming back...
Read moreLike many families in the area, it's a Christmas tradition to walk through Deacon Dave's truly awesome light display, Casa de Pomba. We had the privilege again this year to chat with Deacon Dave as he stood near his doorway, greeting all of us & wishing us a Merry Christmas. Cannot believe the number of lights is fast approaching one million! And that each year, Deacon Dave & his elves create a new display, with a new theme for our community's enjoyment. We are unfortunately disappointed that everyone who avails themselves of this beautiful display doesn't toss a couple dollars into the donation bucket! Saw many just walk by. Electricity isn't free and it's certainly not cheap! We appreciate this gorgeous tradition and thank Deacon Dave & all of his helpers, who don't disappoint...
