Went here for our first time and wasnât sure what to expect. We got there right at open and only had to pay $17 for a childâs ticket and their special grippy socks. (Some places charge the parents like weâre going to be the ones out there playing, so that was nice that adults are free.) My son has autism so we wanted to get there early so he had has much time to play before it got too busy/crazy. He really loved it! He loved knocking himself into all the equipment and flinging himself down the slides. My husband was able to safely and comfortably follow him around when needed up in the play structure, there wasnât anywhere he could really elope or leave and they had seats available for the other parents who werenât up in the play area with the kids. It was FREEZING cold when we first got there but by the time we left an hour later, the two of them were super sweaty. The girl at the counter was nice and helpful, but they donât have anyone in the play space to enforce any rules or just to keep a general eye out. (There must be cameras in there or something?) Not sure what the age cut off is but when we left there was definitely some older kids that maybe should have been turned away, (like 14 year olds) and it made it kinda hard for us to enjoy because they were doing some unsafe activities. Anyway, we had a great time for what we wanted, weâre going back and we invited one of his little friends to join us. âşď¸
EDIT: We went back the next day and it was PACKED. The room allows 150 and it felt like that many were inside. My son kept running into people who were standing around because there were no other seats available. I wonder what the age cut off is also, because we saw some questionably aged children who came with little siblings. Was ok, first...
Read moreWe had a birthday here and are so sure we won't want to come back. Be careful if your party is being handled by Emily. She really need to check her behavior and the difference between being professional and being rude and disrespectful. Some snapshots: We booked a private party. The day before the party we called to check on something, we find out it is not a private party. Why were we not told during the booking? The day of party it wasn't a vibe of being welcomed, all that was happening was highlighting RULES on the place. This is what you can do and this is what you cannot. For god sake its a birthday and that too of a 5 year old. As soon as the clock turned, time up, for the party, you start throwing our stuff from one table to another to setup for the next party ? My guests where still eating and Emily pulls out the table cover from the table with their plates on it. Really ? Where does this happen? You say a minute before the end time that the party is over and you expect 30 people to leave from a party that minute? And then you charge for 6 minutes extra. If you are a money making company, its not my problem. Its common sense not to book the next party the next minute from the first. I can go on and on, all my guests called and messaged about the behavior for something or the other, whether it was during the end of the party, pulling off the plates or during the start getting to register. Best part, the staff (especially Emily) doesn't even feel there was anything disrespectful done. I just hope all the parents who come there with their precious little ones don't have to go through this behavior. Extremely disgusted. I'm not sure, maybe the management is also like Emily, but if they aren't please teach some empathy and respect...
Read moreThe worst experience ever I came to this place to bring my kids here thinking it was gonna be a safe and comfortable place for them to play. I have two boys twins with autism and nonverbal and I have a four year-old girl we walked into this place before we walked in, I caught six times to get the age limit But every time I call, they picked up and hung up so we finally walked in and as soon as I walked in this girl just treated us as if we were nothing. She was very rude. Didnât want to give us information on the age. Group didnât want to tell me how much it would cost for each child didnât wanna tell me if we needed to sign a waiver or not, and when I finally kept asking her about the waiver, she wouldnât even show me how are where to fill I have never been so disgusted in my life when it comes to a place where children can play. If you are black African-American, they will not accept you here. This place is horrible. I got a whole video on how this woman cheated. I even asked her for her manager, and she said she wasnât gonna give me managerâs information This person this place is horrible once again. I did not get a chance to meet the manager. Iâm hoping she wasnât but she said she wasnât giving up any...
