Must say, I was slightly disappointed. I came in on a Monday morning (11am, just before the lunch rush), & ordered a large A4 (Chili Cheese Dog) meal, with a large chocolate shake. The shake was liquidy & not appetizing. The chili dog was lackluster- looked nothing like the menu picture, in fact it was more reminiscent of a 711 chili dog. I wasn't asked if my food was "for here or to go" so for my first visit to A&W I didn't get to try the fresh root beer or my shake from their signature "iced" mugs. We initially went through the drive through, and Rose helped us. From the start, she had such a welcoming, jovial, voice, and she was eager to make sure we had everything we needed. Her energy and disposition made my day, and I had to tell her, and then write this review.
