Horrible! Terrible! Disgusting! Unsanitary! Last night my husband and I went by the drive- thru I ordered 1 soft taco and 1 chicken crunchy taco and a small soda.
1st thing - I keep repeating myself over and over again. I hear giggles, then no one responds back to me. Seriously something that should take less than 1 min took so long.
2nd thing - when I get to the window they did not repeat my order or said the total. They took my debit card and swipped it. There are 2 ppl working in the window. It wasn't busy. The person who took my card had long fake nails 💅. Not hating on her nails but this is supposed to be a sanitary place and she's handling money, drinks, and passing food. Then they took so long to give me my food. The 2ppl that were working in the window were not wearing hair nets, one of them was leaning forward on the countertop showing her bare back. They were both huddled up talking to someone from the kitchen and I saw the kitchen person holding his phone with his gloves on texting.
3rd- When they finally gave me my food I asked for my receipt. I noticed they had charged me $23.60 for 1 soft taco, 1 chicken crunchy taco, and a small soda. I was so upset to realize they had charged me 8 soft tacos extra.
4th- They had given me 3 beef soft tacos Not even what they had charged me for was given to me.
5th- When I go inside everything was so dirty, floors, countertops, tables, and the kitchen. There was total of 5 ppl working and it wasn't busy with clients.
6th- When I confront them about the problem. The manager tried to find a solution, which I do appreciate but my husband was so mad at this point.
I asked for my money back and that I didn't want the food. But the manager kept insisting. I never said to her all I had seen nor that I wanted the food bc the person in kitchen had been on his cell and handling the food.
I couldn't eat the food. I was simply grossed out.
Hope someone from management can fix this issue with this place.

Read moreThis is a pretty unique Taco Bell, purely in the sense that I generally walk into TB and have a consistent experience: fast, friendly service, helpful employees, and a clean environment. Not so much here in Livermore. I had come to Livermore straight from work in Walnut Creek, and the hour-long drive in traffic made me think that I should stop for a bite before the next one-hour stretch in the car as I made my way to Oakley.
There were only 2 people in line ahead of me but they both seemed to analyze the menu like it was their first time ever in a Taco Bell, and the employee didn't speed up the process at all as she had to stop and ask questions about how to customize the first order. I was patient though, but this gave me plenty of time to look around and notice how dirty the dining area was. (The bathroom was pretty clean though, which is important!)
I finally ordered my 3 crunchy taco and drink meal (#8 for $6.22), then waited again to ask an employee if they had unsweetened iced tea behind the counter. Eventually someone asked if I needed something and he kindly filled my cup, but that was after several staff persons walked by without acknowledging me at all.
Food was good - typical TB tacos - so that was satisfying, but I probably would have saved time in the drive thru, and would have avoided seeing the mess they allow in...
Read moreOmg. The managers working in the morning of 1/27/2020 at 846 I placed my order. I waited until about 855 when 2 very upset customers walked in. They had a dispute the lady manager wasn't able to input the order correctly in the drive through forcing them to come inside and tell the lady inside what they wanted. She was trying to argue her point rather than humble herself and try and make their day better by ensuring the tight order plus something for their troubles. I know Taco Bell Corp would have BLAST'd these 2 guys day. It's a brand new store being ran by people who dont appreciate the customer. This franchise has some serious flaws if their leaders find this store permissible. Besides the show I waited 20minutes for my combo 11 with bacon no egg add sausage with a hashbrown and a medium Sierra mist. There was a guy who placed his order before me and he waited at least 25 minutes. Your concept is quick serve 5 minutes or less....
