5 STARS JUST DON’T SEEM LIKE ENOUGH! WORKING WITH CHARLIE WAS 10/10! I inherited a ring, over 100 years old and had always loved this ring. I felt it needed rejuvenated and brought into modern times, yet I still wanted to hold onto its vintage vibe. We worked together, going back and forth, bouncing images off of each other until, I was like, “I think we nailed it”. It took time, yet, he was so patient, never pushy. The detail (lots of filigree) he was able to bring to life was incredible. He was able to extract the stone from its original setting safely. We set it in white gold and updated the simple band with beautiful marquis diamonds all the way around, each secured safely. The ring has such a wonderful weighted feel to it. Charlie was recommended to me by my sister- in —law. When I explained to her I wanted to overhaul this ring, yet I couldn't find a jeweler I trusted to hand the ring over to and work with me. She said, “I know the perfect person.” My husband and I live out of state and made the trip into meeting him. We knew right away, he was our guy. He is professional, yet fun. He has that perfect balance of appreciating the value of quality yet has the respect for cost. I adore my ring, I wear it all the time and the conversation it sparks is remarkable. Thank you Charlie for breathing fresh new life into an old family heirloom and getting it out of a dark jewelry box, and out into the world for all to see!
