My daughter received her Varsity letter (as a freshman) in basketball and we researched all 3 shops locally that offer letterman jackets. Let me tell you, Jamie at Beck and Boys was not only honorable, he made my entire family feel so welcome. The professionalism was outstanding and the quality of my daughter's jacket is amazing. Jamie's turnaround time was DAYS. They do their embroidery in house and the customer service was incredible. The experience we had was so fun for my daughter and I'm actually going back so he can help me make some custom apparel for my small business. I can’t speak highly enough about this company. I brought in my wedding shirt in hopes of getting initials embroidered. I had low expectations because I did not have an appointment and I needed it done the same day. I was greeted by staff and I explained my situation. They took notes and within ten minutes came back with four different design options. Then they told me they could stop what they were doing and get it done while I waited (they were busy too).
