Randazzo Formal Wear — Attraction in Livonia

For as long as I live locally, this will be my go-to for suits and tuxedos. I strongly urge you check them out! I used Randazzo for the tuxedos for myself, groomsmen, father, and father in-law for my wedding back in 2019. Only now did I remember to write a review after needing to purchase a new suit for my mother's funeral and stopping in. To my surprise, Alven and Anthony remembered who I was, asked how my father in-law was doing and if he was still working, and even remembered details from our wedding ceremony that were captured by our videographer and pictures they had seen. They genuinely care about you and your business. They have all of their warehouse inventory on location, and do alterations on-site. I was in, sized, and out with a new suit that fit to my satisfaction in about an hour and a half. Randazzo, while maintaining a semi-quality product, became one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I've used two other tuxedo companies around the Livonia area, neither having the problems getting me my tux that Randazzo had. I was told I could pick up my tux anytime after 10, got there around 12. Waited almost (if not) an hour before it was even ready, 7 other customers being fully served and out the door in that time. When I got my tux, the pants were too short and the shirt too long. I understand during prom season how small businesses can become busy, but Randazzo attended to every other customers needs in a timely manner except mine. I cannot foresee myself ever giving this place my business again, nor can I recommend it to anyone else (unless you are a groom who spent a lot of money). This business is the best example of why family owned businesses are the best to do business with. The store is ran by two talented brothers that have a ton of experience in the formal wear business.

As for my experience with their selection, I was overwhelmed with how many different styles, designs, brands, and combinations they have for all budgets. The process is simple, you choose what you like, they measure your sizes (arms, chest, waist, neck, etc) and then a few days later they magically have a perfectly fitted suit for your exact size. I got three suits, one for me, my brother, and my father and all three of us could not be happier with the size and fit, and ESPECIALLY the price.
