ALDI — Attraction in Lockport

I love this ALDI's... but it's currently closed (till August 4th?) for remodeling and construction. I hope they don't raise the prices, and I hope they make it larger and stock more items! If you need to just grab a few basic items (milk, eggs, produce, etc.) at great prices, then this is the place to go! I just wish it was open, and wish I didn't have to drive all the way to Lemont or Homer Glen to visit ALDI's. I can't wait till it re-opens, and I hope they've made it larger, and stock more items! I will give it 4 or 5 stars, after it re-opens, but I'm going to have to give it "1 star" for being shut down and closed for the past month, and with no plans to re-open till August, I'm going to have to leave it at "1-star" until it re-opens, and I can review the "new ALDI's" after it has been...

This Aldi is great, especially since the remodel!!! Super clean! The aisles are nice & wide! Staff are very friendly! There's a great variety of food and beverage including some wine. They also have household goods, nice enough for gift giving! Also, plenty of merchandise for kids, like books, toys and even some clothing!! It's pretty much a one-stop store!! Their prices are FANTASTIC!! The food is absolutely delicious!! It's a completely different store from 10, even 5 years ago! I now do most of my shopping at the Lockport Aldi!! That's a HUGE change from ONLY running in for milk & eggs, a few times a year! I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience there!! I hope you you love it as...

My NUMBER 1 place to shop! Better, cleaner food(Aldi has increased its selection of organic produce and line of its SimplyNature line of products which is free from more than 125 ingredients), is MUCH cheaper and easily accessible for the disabled..OH! And you can get cool things like toys, furnishings, paper products and excellent made clothes like Jeggings. Having health issues that requires me to eat clean wholesome food and I can actually shop without having to go into a flare up for weeks. Yeah...ALDI is my store. For almost everything...
