I wish I could give zero stars, but the minimum is one. I went through the drive-through this evening to get some ice cream. I ordered a hot fudge shake, which came out as thin as milk. I would not even call it a shake. I also ordered a two scoop flavor of the day. As they handed it out the window it was obviously a one scoop. I reminded the girl that I had ordered AND PAID FOR two scoops. She looked obviously disturbed, took the one scoop away from me, and returned with two scoops. I left in my car and got home to eat it. It was a plain chocolate ice cream. It was not the flavor of the day. No candy, nothing. This is not the first time that this Culver’s has tried to hand me a one scoop cup of ice cream when I have ordered AND PAID FOR two scoops. And they never want to give you your receipt, ever. Probably because they know there is a survey on the receipt, and they do not want the corporate offices hearing the complaints about this place. I tried to go here for flavor of the day last week as well. At 7:30 PM, I was told they were out of the flavor of the day. Tonight, after the watery shake and two scoop cup that was definitely not flavor of the day, I called the restaurant and asked for a manager (very Karen-y of me, I know). I got a sing-song-y return voice on the phone, as if I was being made fun of, and was then placed on hold. I waited five minutes before I was hung up on. This location should be closed. New fast food restaurants have opened in the area and they are obviously doing better than this Culver’s. Maybe that is why their food and service has gone downhill. They are trying to save money by...
Read moreI've got some 'beef' with this particular Culver's location, and unfortunately, it's not just the delicious ButterBurgers. While I genuinely enjoy Culver's as a brand, my experiences here have been consistently underwhelming, primarily due to staff interactions. On multiple visits, whether using the drive-thru, curbside, or going inside, employees have often seemed tired or unhappy to assist. I try to be understanding – it could be a challenging work environment or just off days – but it does make the customer experience feel a bit off-putting. Beyond the service, this is the only Culver's where I've repeatedly encountered issues with order accuracy. I know they get busy, as it's a popular spot, but it's frustrating when your meal isn't right. A few times, I've politely tried to get mistakes corrected, but it has felt like an unnecessary struggle, to the point where I've just given up. I truly hope this isn't the norm for everyone and that management can address these inconsistencies, because I really want to love my local Culver's. For now, I approach visits here with some hesitation. Hopefully, others have more consistently positive...
Read moreCulver’s and Lockport used to be my favorite place to eat. Hamburgers were great concrete mixers were great service was great and the last few months the services went to good to terrible. The food is not prepared right everything is cold. That should be hot. The concrete mixers are just a cup of melting ice cream Once I ordered a chocolate concrete mixer and got a vanilla and asked to have it remade and they just added chocolate syrup to it and gave it back to me the last hamburger I got there was cold. The hamburger patty look like it been cooked and been sitting on the grill for who knows how long the cheese was not melt it. the buns were ice cold so I will no longer eat at Culver’s in Lockport. Hope I can find another one cause I really did once loved their food But now the service...
