ETA: I did speak with the owner. He was apologetic regarding the 1 new person working. The 4 other people standing there get a pass. (The ones who have been there longest?! Make it make sense) I don't recommend going here unless you want crappie service and an expectation of dealing with it.

There was a new cashier. The one that I'm assuming was training the other was on the phone trying to get the credit machine up and moving. I have patience for things going wrong, new employees- we're all new at some point. But what lacked was communication. It was awkward with 5 employees trying not to make eye contact while i waited. After 5 minutes, I was acknowledged letting me know it's cash only. Great, that's how I planned on paying! Lessss gooooo. I think my food popped up faster than waiting to order! On to the good part... I ordered the crispy beef and garlic ranch fries. The beef was Fantastic! I inquired before ordering that the garlic fries had garlic seasoning and ranch on the side. The young man confirmed. The ranch, infact, comes on the fries. If you're 20 mins away from your destination, I recommend getting the ranch on the side. (Although that is how I ordered it. Good luck to you!) The positive vibes on the bag were- You Rock & You matter. Maybe i had high hopes catching this place from a reel with a recommendation, but I really wasn't feeling it. Yes the beef was good, but there's also good beef closer. I was turned off by the cold feeling from staff. A better writing on the bag could have given kudos where it was lacking. Anything besides feeling like i had burdened them.

P.s. the au jus is supposed to be a light color and have seasonings in it. That is Not...

⭐ Honest Review: Customer service can truly make or break a business. We visited the evening of 11/03 after reading the Google reviews and were excited to give it a try — but here’s where it fell short. The cashier was our first red flag. I showed her a picture of one of their menu items from Google and asked what it was, and she looked me dead in the eye and said she didn’t know. We spent $47.42 on two meals and tried to order two drinks. The cashier misheard us — instead of two small drinks, we were charged for one large. When we asked the price difference, we were told a large is $2.99 and a small is $2.16. We offered to simply pay the difference for the extra small cup (maybe $2 total), but she couldn’t seem to understand. My boyfriend told her to just keep the large and we’d pay for two additional smalls, but again — it went over her head. Eventually, we just laughed it off and sat down to wait for our food. A few minutes later, the manager came out to check what happened. My boyfriend started to explain, and she told us they didn’t have any lids for the small cups (which we were never told before). Then she said, “Well, y’all still won — you got a bigger cup than you paid for.” Except… we didn’t even get what we wanted in the first place, even after offering to pay more. The food itself was great — up until I found a mushroom in my Demon Philly, after clearly asking for no mushrooms. On top of that, we got charged for BBQ sauce that wasn’t in the bag, and there were no napkins either. Honestly, it felt intentional at that point. Customer service: -5 stars. Food? Went here earlier tonight to get dinner for my son and I started off fine gave them my order and decided to dine in my order was processed at 5:45. We sit down and are waiting for our food and people after us are coming and going with their orders already made. Finally at 6:15 a worker named Crystal comes up to see our receipt because they lost our ticket. At that point we had already been waiting almost 30 minutes so I told her you know what it’s fine just cancel the order I couldn’t wait any longer my toddler son was already getting really fussy. I go up to the counter to get my refund they couldn’t refund it to my card so they give me a cash refund which was fine until I got home and realized they shorted me 12 dollars my total was 24.49 and she gave me back 12 dollars and 49 cents and put the larger bills on the outside so I wouldn’t notice. I went back there immediately and the girl behind the counter immediately starting getting nervous after being confronted saying that a partial refund went back to my card. The other worker crystal looked at the refunded receipt and tells her no where on the receipt did it say that luckily they did not put up a fight and gave me back the rest of my money.
