This computer store is the best. I have never ever been ripped off by these people.

They always keep to their word when they say that they are going to fix your computer for free. Manager is a total godly gifted chrisitan. He gave me three laptop computers for free and for no charge. So that is why proton computers is the best computer fixing and repairing store ever. The techs there are very highly trained at what they do. I think Jack Daniel Shurtz is very excellent at fixing and isolating computer issues. I will continue to do business with these guys. he also gave me an ibm thinkcentre s50 desktop computer. But it has a bad hard drive, But the doesnt mean anything because Proton Computers is great. I love this store. Techs are very higly skilled and trained and they have all of the certifications that most tech it guys do not. Excellent computer store and by far the best one that i have ever done business with. I am very blessed to be working there as well. When you need a computer fixed at any given time. You just take the machine to this store and the techs get right to work fixing issues with hard drives, pci wireless cards, graphics cards and soldering solutions are very good too. My Toshiba Laptop display was not coming. So I took my laptop to one of the leading Electronic Shop and they said LCD is broken and it would cost around $199 + Tax. So I kept at home and one of my friend suggested Proton Computers, Lombard which was quite a drive. So one day I fixed an appointment with Mat over there and showed my computer. After 30 min. one of the Technician comes and says LCD screen is good only inverter gone bad & it will cost $20/- to fix it. I readily told the technician to fix it. There was another problem with the speakers which was not working and they fixed it for free. Laptop works absolutely fine. The Guys over there are clean and true and don't want to rip customers.

I will certainly go in Future, if I have any issue with my laptop.

I highly recommend you to go there for any Computer/Laptop small or big repair. You will not be disappointed.

These guys are a bunch of crooks. We had agreed to a deal for a trade, then they backed out AFTER receiving the item i sent them, and they did not send what they were supposed to send me. Been over a week trying to resolve, but they like to play games. Take your business to a reputable, honest shop. Proton Computers are dishonest crooks. They make you believe they are religious ("they are in business by "gods grace") however they will burn in hell for all the sin they commit against their customers by lying to them and cheating them. Would give zero stars if possible. Take your business elsewhere.
