It was my first time trying this place today. They deserve the excellent reviews. The Beef Padseew was on point. No complaints at all about it. I am very picky and critical on padseew dishes, so it says a lot. My wife got the thai beef salad and enjoyed it as well. They are very new and hopefully stick around for a long time. They are mostly a takeout restaurant, but do have a couple tables if you want to eat in. I would suggest to eat their noodle soup dishes inside, cause its best eaten right away. But the other dishes are fine for takeout. My only suggestion would be if you call in during the lunch hours and order something on their lunch special menu, it would be nice if they asked, "lunch special or dinner entree?"be sure to say the dish and "lunch special". We meant to ask for the "padseew lunch special" but my wife just said "padseew", so we got the regular padseew entree. It was probably a bigger portion size anyway, so its not that big of a deal, but just remember that small detail and you'll be fine. If u like it, make sure to share and recommend it to family and friends....
Read moreWe went there for the first time a few weeks ago. Ordered the crab rangoon, spring rolls, green curry w/ chicken, chicken pad Thai, and BBQ pork fried rice. They were all good sized portions. The crab rangoon was as good, if not better than, some of the other local Chinese restaurants. The spring rolls were ok, but not what I was expecting. The BBQ pork fried rice was also good and just what you expect. The pad Thai was excellent but next time I think I'll ask them to make it a little spicier. The green curry was awesome and packed a punch. It had me sweating right away. One other thing to note, the quality of the rice was excellent. Even a couple days later when I was having the leftovers it was still good. It hasn't turned hard as a rock like most other leftover rice. All in all, I'll definitely be getting food...
Read moreSimply the best pad see ew in all the land!!! I was spoiled when I worked on the city with all the authentic Thai cuisine. I finally found one in the suburbs (Lombard) that is above and beyond. Pad see ew is my favorite. I have had it many times. What makes this special is the noodles. I don’t know how they do it. They are cooked to perfection- soft but separate ( not a big glob or dried up). And the chicken slices are grilled to soft ( not rubbery). And the flavor is fantastic. I would also highly recommend the egg rolls. The dipping sauce is home made. Nothing better. The customer service is spot on. Always fun. And always an accurate time...
