I took my kids to the library the other day, nothing out of the ordinary... But my husband, who is blind and diabetic, decided to stay in the car. About 30 minutes later, people were telling me he had come into the building with someone and his blood sugar was dropping quickly. This lady that he happened to find in the parking lot to help him get into the building and find me, whoever you are, thank you so much!!!! Read moreI love that this place is new and upscaled. The amenities are very nice and modern and they have access to many things newer libraries have such as sewing machines, I think 3D printers and other really cool things in the ‘makery’. They have a bike station which is awesome.
One big downside to this library is that it’s not really quiet and most of the stay at home moms come in with kids and it sort of becomes a daycare and is super loud. Granted there are areas where you can talk but the sound travels kinda far. Read moreI had the WORST experience here today. Today was my 1st time going here with my 10 month old daughter. Long story short I felt like the staff was rude, discluded my daughter and I from the group, and was racist to us since we were the only Hispanic there. As a first time stay at home mom I just wanted to socialize my daughter and get out of the house. Unfortunately I was left with a bitter taste and as a mother I was hurt for the way my daughter and I were treated.
