5/5, see review below. I'm going preface this with the fact that the employees went above and beyond for my family upon visiting yesterday for my daughter's third birthday. We came at 12 pm for some family time between my daughters, my wife, myself, and my mom so the place was pretty empty. Upon one of the staff members (potentially manager?) finding out it was my daughters birthday, she hunted down a crown and gave it to my daughter after saying happy birthday. I wish I had gotten the woman's name as it literally made my daughters day.
I've been going to this place since I was a kid and upon recently taking my own kids the past year realized that the place feels, smells, and looks exactly the same when I was a kid with the exception of different areas being repurposed (old ball pit area is now the dining/escape room area, etc) and I love it for that.
Ticket-games-wise, the place is pretty reasonable. The claw games are incredible and the Wizard of Oz coin game might as well be adult gambling it's so addictive. The basketball games are pretty solid too. Everything in general is well maintained which can't be said for a lot of arcades around the area. I also usually come with a backpack knowing I'm going to be leaving with a few stuffed animals.
Overall, I'm so psyched this place is still open. I plan to come back plenty of times, hopefully with my kid's...
Read moreOverall, the family had fun. Laser tag and bumper cars equaled the highlight of the day. Some things to prepare for: 1. Most of the workers are very young, so as the customer, you have to be ready to engage them (politely) or ask them questions if you need further clarity on something. They, for the most part, are going through the motions and assume you've been there before. Once you do talk to them, they respond respectfully and are very helpful. 2. The officer in charge was a little to chill. Maybe he is there for extreme situations like fights, etc., but there was no one holding the children accountable while they were just dribbling the balls around the place, not even playing the game. And it was obvious. We didn't want to go through the trouble of asking the children for a turn or complaining to the staff, so we just moved on. 3. I was pleasantly surprised that the bathrooms were fairly clean. 4. We didn't participate, but they had escape rooms, which seemed really cool! 5. The prices were pretty fair. We spent about $90 for 4 ppl, in 2 hrs, and had a little bit of cash leftover on the card. 6. We would definitely go back again! Especially for the laser tag. 7. They had a variety of games. Most of them worked properly. Some games need some repair or replaced like the hockey game. The board is cracked on one side. But it still worked, and we had...
Read moreMy first google review and it pains me it had to be about this place. I used to love this place as a kid and as a adult. They always had the best prizes and games, but sadly I don't think I will be going back anymore. This time last summer we were going here at least once a week as a treat for my nephew and we spent good money every time, but now they have raised the price on games, especially the ticket games. My sister and I use to love playing the game where you dropped the ball and tried to get it in the jackpot of the spinning circle. It use to be a token and now it's doubled and it seems the machine either has been tampered with, I could be wrong, because jackpots are fewer and farther between now. My mom loved the wizard of oz game that they had, but realized the 4 times we went that they stock the machine with every card except the toto and you need the whole set to get the 5000 tickets. We use to get a toto almost once a week or two. But now we haven't seen one in months. We had saved up about 100k in tickets and we just recently cashed them in and aren't going back. Not enough bang for your buck and paying more and getting less just takes all of the fun out of it. Usually when a place changes, it's always...
