Bullet Lock & Safe Co — Attraction in Long Branch

Places like this are a lifesaver. I have never walked in bullet although living in Long Branch for 25 years now. I needed parts for an old Corbin lock which I thought I would need them to come out and service ( if they even had parts to match). Frank explained how to remove the lock cylinder and provided me with a new one once i got the old one out and matched up. I also needed some additional door hardware for that same lockset that they had as well. Everyone goes to the big box stores for locks but this place is has an enormous selection that you will NEVER find at Home Depot or Lowes. I wish I knew how awesome this place was earlier. I have had a truly wonderful experience with Bullet, especially with Cythia. She is a great resource with an extensive background in architecture and years of experience with locks, and she helped my husband and I come up with a hardware plan for our home remodel in a very organized manner, door by door. A true lock smith I had an emteck lock break for my front door. No other locksmith I called was willing to repair the lock they only wanted to sell me new ones. Spoke to a gentleman on tbe phone asked me to send him pictures of what I had going on. Then assured me they had the parts. A short ride and a very reasonable repair ticket and I was as good as new!! Would recommend 10000% I will be going back again for new locks or any repairs I have to make at home
