La Frontera ll — Restaurant in Long Branch

Saturday, 09/14/24 around 4:00 p.m. We stopped in for the first time, due to being in the area for the Latino Festival. Pros: Clean appearance, open kitchen, friendly / efficient server, great portions, good prices, BYOB, Music with music videos playing, the Large Guacamole is huge, Chicken Tacos although not handmade tortillas, are doubled, Salsas are good! I would definitely recommend the Tamales with jalapeños, peppers, onions and cheese ( no meat ) .....very good!!! Got 2 to go! All food was temperature wise hot and tasty! The bathroom is brand new and clean; the cleanest I have seen in a long time. I would definitely recommend this place! And would not hesitate to order from here again! Cons: (NO complaints!) Salsas and Guacamole could be a little bit more spicy. (As is typical with many Restaurants they due have a small fee for credit card purchases).

This place is just amazing, food is really good always to enjoy, I give them a 5 stars review just because service is always great and food is enjoyable, waitress always smiling I have to unfortunate said I don’t really have a nice experience with the kind of costumers that come here, a lot of them with kids and they let them run like crazy here and very loudly scream and yelling to each other and no body tell them to stop or seat nicely, plus that, the music is always a little too loud here is why I only give them 3 stars review in atmosphere. So sad to see ppl coming here and expecting to get 5+ stars service and they are cheaper as they can be giving the waitress 2 or 3 dollars...

This is real Mexican street food that you will not find it no where Don’t expect white tablecloth service here. This real Mexican food and no tex mex where they try to impress you with garbage food the service is not a top notch but that is something that you should expect as soon as you walking first come first serve and that’s all. And prices are so reasonable for the quantity y great food better than anywhere else. You go to a fancy place and you have to wait to get a table or like an hour or more to get your food and you don’t complain about it If you don’t like don’t say anything go to the places where you feel being ...
