Affordable and beachfront?? Sign me up!! Seahorse Beach Resort in Longboat Key, Florida is a true hidden gem. I loved how private and family friendly it was while still being nearby Sarasota’s one of a kind plaza filled with restaurants, shopping & activities. Our beachfront unit gave me an Airbnb feel with a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and supplies. Pricing ranges depending on season anything from $290-$420. We got access to service from a local paddleboard delivery company @sarasota_paddleboard_company that will hand deliver water toy rentals right to your resort. Beautiful and relaxing beach with sparse public parking- and thus no crowds. Crystal clear water with low waves and fantastic shelling. Clean and pristine white sand. Great views with tranquil contemplative environment. Overall one of the nicest beaches you could ever wish...

Unfortunately when we stop by 2/16/2025 had a lots of dead fish before of the red tide and still some hurricane destruction at the trail, pier was gone. I hope they can fix that...
