I have been an on time paying customer since 2023. Feb 2024 I put extra on my balance (enough to cover 2 1/2 months). The next month a get a letter of demand for payment in the mail. When I called and requested the manager he tried to lie and say it must have been from a previous month (mind you I pay on time each month), I told him no it’s dated for this week. He took the lie further and said it was just that they needed an updated phone number as they tried to call me. I asked what did they try to call me for? He said to get the updated phone number. This clearly made no sense. So I went to the store the next day and requested a copy of all my payments made to compare to what my bank has as clearly they don’t keep good records. The manager had an attitude but he gave me the print out which confirmed I was ahead and NOT behind. Did I get an apology for their error??? Of course not he asked me if I wanted some popcorn. Ive been dealing with this place for years ONLY because I didnt have my credit together This place is awful! I gotten everything from beds to dining room tables and the quality is always POOR! They must get this stuff busted up then try and patch it in the warehouse and then sell it to you no interest because it's not worth it! This place is only if you can't do better at the time!! The owner/manager is awful and the staff needs more training. I recently picked out a coffee table and matching end tables but when they delivered it the delivery guys attempted to glued the legs of the table however when they brought it in the glue ran down the legs onto my carpet! Of course the delivery guy blamed the warehouse super who then in turn blamed the delivery guy! Get your credit together or pay cash at a reputable furniture store! Been with the company for YEARS! Always paid on time! Never missed any payments! My account is almost paid off I was down to $232 ! They will work with you for a couple months! But lord forbid you get behind a couple days they will call call call even for a $20 payment!! They NEVER make any notes on the account because if you talk to the representative literally the very next day you will get a call from them AGAIN asking for the same thing even if you just spoken to someone the day before !!!
