We use to go to Teague Park alot but the last few months our favorite spot to eat and enjoy the day has been completely taken over by a group of homeless people. When I go to a public park that I pay taxes on the last thing I want is someone telling me where I can or can't sit while they drink alcohol and enjoy the spot from sun up to sun down 7 days a week. And when a complete stranger tells me they were told to have their party at the other pavilion by them it really ticked me off and I said enough is enough. I know veterans that no longer visit the memorials in the park any more because of these same people. I ask a policeman buddy of mine about it and he said that they shouldn't be allowed to sit there every day all day. So I'm wondering what's going on with them. One lady out there told a guy she lives there and have permission from the police to live in the park!?
