AMBASSADOR HOTEL — Attraction in Los Angeles

Every tenants pay monthly difference and every month there room check. Landlord Richard Lance Biano is taken advantage low income tenants and his assistant manager Lily not taken care of responsibility cleaning bathroom and shower and kitchen totally fifty and Lily holds tenants mail and her son Robert sale legal drugs. As for his maintenance man dose a lousy job on plumbing and never post it or inform tenants water will be shut off. Now the rent is $640.00 plus deposit $640.00 this ridiculous for small room and I was paying $600.00 and the owner Richard Lance Biano is taken advantage because he raised the rent up to $645.00 and the same year he raised my rent to $676.00 and this year 2018 he reduce my rent $661.00. But for the new tenants to move in is $640.00 plus deposit $640 that total $1,280.00 in this year 2018. This owner is taken advantage to the old tenants and to the new tenants. The owner is taken advantage and get away with it..... his name is Richard Lance Biano and his assistant manager Lily. This owner is taken advantage on low income tenants and his assistant manager Lily and both harassed and threatened tenants. Reason I'm here because I'm on a fix income but the owner Richard Lance Biano need to be reported because every tenants are paying difference rent every month and we shouldn't have room check every month because tenants should have the right to live comfortable but unfortunately there is to much anxiety and depression and stress. The Ambassador hotel my advice don't rent this hell hold because the owner Richard Lance Biano is taken advantage to all tenants and his assistant manager Lily both will ruin your life. I don't know how to fight this and every tenants are afraid to do anything about it. Once again do yourself a favor don't move to Ambassador hotel 817 N. Fries ave. Wilmington, California 90744. I hope someone let authorities know about the owner Richard Lance Biano is taken advantage of the tenants and his assistant...

If your looking for a place to end your life then this is the place. My wife and I stayed there as a low cost last resort. It's not a HOTEL in the modern sense of the word. It's just a place to shack up until you can find a better place to live. It's no frills in every sense of the word!!!! You can pay by the week (about $160.00) or you can pay by the month (about $640.00) What do you get for your money? You get to share a bathroom with 60 other people that live on the same floor you do because there are no bathrooms or showers in any of the rooms. There is a kitchen on the second floor for you to cook you dinner with the 200 other people that live in the building. Good luck with that!!! There are many places(Hope your Spanish is good) to go out and eat but Wilmington, California is not the kind of place you want to be after dark. Rough neighborhood if your not Latino.Bueno Suerte! Also if you have a complaint don't expect to get any help from the manager. Usually the management is not the HELPFUL kind of people you'd expect. You'll get better service from the roaches that climb your walls.||||As you enter the halls and climb the stairs you sense an overwhelming feeling of impending doom, isolation, loneliness and despair that can be only found in this country's worst prisons. GUESS WHAT? That's who your neighbors will be. The former populace of the penal system. RAPISTS, CONVICTS, DRUG DEALERS, CHILD MOLESTERS AND WIFE BEATERS. OH HAPPY DAYS!!! :D The smell of puke, crack and marijuana filling the air throughout the building lets you know that your in the wrong neighborhood. Children that are unwanted by their parents run around without supervision. The children are usually hungry and unwashed. Best of all the parents don't give a [--] about them. It's the HOTEL that HELL FORGOT!!! Not even the devil...
