I went into Brentwood Art & Framing Gallery after feeling very unsure of another local frame company due to their lack of communication about my order and what I was looking for. After speaking with Richard, he advised me that they very much misquoted me and really helped me to understand all aspects of framing/costs. I had a very large piece of art that I needed framing for and with Richards apparent knowledge, I felt very confident leaving it in his hands to do the job. I needed this completed fairly quickly and Richard was more than happy to accommodate this, which I was extremely appreciative of since I felt like I was running out of options. He did an absolutely beautiful job on this frame and stayed in communication with me through the whole process - calling me to let me know when the frame came in, when it was completed and when I could come pick it up.
