I can't speak of the food unfortunately, it's an antiquated "CASH ONLY" business at the moment. Is the IRS on their back, or has their relationship with their bank evaporated with Covid? Either case, this hombre doesn't carry cash. Reviews were in the positive up to a year ago, since then...the prices seemed to have far-far outpaced the quality. Look at the posted pictures of the menu, and compare to the prices today. Burritos were about $5.99....today they are about $9.99 for the all beef. That's (off the top of my algebra hating head) an almost 70% increase in price? Might that explain why I was the only one in line during the lunch-hour peak? Maybe. But when a place is this empty, and the place still looks untidy and disorganized...the way a place might look when they are crazy-busy, serving people hand over fist, it makes me wonder about the over-all moral of the employees...
Read moreChile rellenos are good, it's not all show like the restaurants, where it's all egg and a small chille relleno hidden. Descent size, I got 2 :) and packed with stretchy cheese and tortillas. Their beans are whatevers, but I like the green sauce. Did I mention they got a salsa bar, (no they do not have the roasted onions or Chile's, but they do have pico de gallo). Let me add their tacos de camarón are full size. I ordered 4 tacos and I was only able to eat two, Props!
