El Sereno Skatepark — Attraction in Los Angeles

This park is 5 stars in design but one star by the people who run it. The park lights go off to early. You would think they would try and be fair to those who have day jobs but they don’t. They really don’t see skateboarding as a recreational activity. Proof? Well all other fields lights stay on til late. See what I’m saying? Well to honest, I love the skate park for the kids but some of them have torn the tennis court nets thus using it for skateboarding..... We have several families up the street that wish to play tennis but can't.. shame.. Also the trash left behind on the streets is pitiful especially on the weekends. Feel real sorry for the residents across that have to persevere...

I really enjoyed this park. Plenty of space and everything has a function- it all gets skated.

It has a nice layout with a good flow, it has all the basics but also a few added quirks to keep things interesting.

Not much transition though. A single small quarter pipe at the top. Just as well as I can't skate transition anyway.
