I made an appt for a manicure Thurs before Easter, the wait was about 20 minutes, not too bad.I did not request Gel mail color, but the stylist brought over the color and said it was an additional $10.I told her I just wanted regular polish. She used the color from the Gel package without the gel under. She never mentioned that they had regular mail color to choose from. It looked fine, paid $12 plus $4 Tip. After 3 days the color was wearing off.I returned to the shop Tuesday after Easter to request either to add the gel & I would have paid $10 addâl, but then I saw that they actually HAD 3 SHELVES of regular colors. So I asked fir the nail color change as an accommodation for not offering it initially. No one in the shop stopped working to help me. They said another $7 for color change, or $13 for gel.No one spoke English well enough to even discuss the problem Or misrepresentation. I followed up with a call and was told the manager would call me right back.No call received from LA Nails. They lied, and handled the issue with total disregard!...

I came in for a pedicure and got my lip waxed and they ended up lifting the skin on my upper lip, leaving it red, raw, and painful. When I told them, no one apologized, showed concern, or offered a refund or any help. The manager was there the whole time and didnât say a single word.
On top of that, the service was completely unsanitary. I watched the technician blow on the wax stick to cool it down, right next to her mouth, before applying it to my face. Thatâs disgusting and unsafe.
The staff were also extremely rude, talking amongst themselves and clearly not caring about the customers. It was hot and uncomfortable inside, and even though multiple people complained, the manager wouldnât turn on the AC. To make it worse, they kept changing the priceâfrom $39 to $28 to $29âwhich felt shady.
I regret going here and wish I could take it back. I will never return, and I wouldnât recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness, professionalism, or...
Read moreArrived to plan mani pedi and a pedi for my husband. Their machine wasnât working for visa so sent my husband to go get cash. The man doing my nails was rude and smelt of cigarettes. Tried to lightly bicker with me when I said I didnât want fake nails and that I didnât want gel nail polish. After one of my nails got messed up instead of taking off the polish to fix it he just painted over it with a big lump. It was at that point I wanted to leave. He didnât even offer for me to sit in the spa chair for my pedi and I had to tell him no I want the spa but wouldnât let me sit in it. That that point I told my husband pay the $15 just so I can take off the polish in the parking lot with a baby wipe. I should of read the...
