Enchanted Fairies of Woodland Hills, CA — Attraction in Los Angeles

The session was short not an hour long. When asking for prices or packages details no response was provided informed to wait for Zoom meeting. In order to discuss options and pricing felt a bit scam to be honest. No pricing is posted only the no cameras or filming signs and a tip option. After searching the website I was able to locate the information needed after the photo session was completed. If I would’ve known of the high prices. I would’ve thought twice before making an appointment and or postpone it for a future date. At least could have planned to have extra money saved for the packages offered. The photographer was great she treated us well. She was welcoming and very friendly and nice. The experience was great undecided if I’ll be investing in a package at this moment due to high prices. Understand quality of work and materials in making the products could be costly for companies. I was glad to see a portion of fees goes to charity. They provide a free photo I believe it’s an 8X10. I would recommend the session to anyone the joy on my niece face was priceless. I was happy my niece had a great time. I hope they have other packages that could possibly be more affordable won’t find out till...

Horrible company if you agree to their contract and change your mind the same day. they force you to go through with agreement. I've emailed and they force you to do zoom meetings. It's 2024 the company should be readily available to address anyone needs when charging an arm and leg for photos. They expect everyone to communicate through zoom which is where they get you!! They'll refuse to meet with you if you missed their zoom meetings.

What they're doing should be illegaI!! I finally recieved my 8x5 that I paid $50.00 for. I'm honestly 😡 upset . My daughters face and body are two different complexions. She has a bunch of spots on her face that aren't there in real life. I've spoke to enchanted fairies today on a zoom call. They refuse to refund me. They also let me know the photos I financed weren't printed yet. I begged them to cancel again. They offered a slide show or my roll of photos that were taken and or one other thing. Which I honestly don't want their product. The only editing that was done was the special effects completely ignoring my children. Once again they haven't printed the photos as said on zoom call today but they refuse to...

I recently visited Enchanted Fairies, and overall, it felt like stepping straight into a magical storybook. From the moment we walked in, the studio was beautifully decorated — soft lighting, fairy wings, and fantasy sets that instantly got us in the mood.

The staff was very friendly and patient, especially with kids. They helped with costumes, poses, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. The photographer really knew how to capture genuine smiles and magical moments.

When we saw the final photos, they looked absolutely stunning — dreamy lighting, glowing effects, and attention to every detail. It honestly looked like something out of a movie poster.

That said, the pricing was higher than expected. The sitting fee is usually affordable, but the photo packages can get expensive once you’re in the studio. It’s definitely something to plan...
