Brand new storage that just opened early 2024 The staff is professional, but be warned—after a few months, they will increase your rate (almost double the original rate you signed up for). While they offered to negotiate, the new rate was still much higher than what they advertise online, even though they have plenty of empty units available.

On the day of my move out they offered to lower my rate (which is still way higher than my original rate) and will get a $20 credit next month pending management approval. I said give me that rate (with the $20 credit) right now and then I will stay and was informed the credit is still pending management approval. I value my time and I do not have time for this.

I would have stayed long-term, but I don’t have the time or energy for constant negotiations. Think carefully before signing—once you’ve moved in, you’ll likely be stuck with a much higher rate than you initially agreed to.
