Goodwill Southern California Store & Donation Center — Attraction in Los Angeles

I walked into the Donation area from the front of the store as it was locked from where you would normally enter from. There is no indication on the website OR in the back where the door is. I asked what to do for donating and one guy scoffed at me. Another employee told me I had to go around the back. I was telling them that I did and the door was locked. I was cut off by yet another employee saying that donation was closed that day. I understand, it looked like they had a large amount of stuff to get through, but the general attitude was irritation. Unhelpful employees. I had three bags of quality men’s clothing to donate and though the website says the donation center is open until 8, and it was 5:20, the woman behind the counter flatly told me before I could even say a word that the donation was closed. In order to donate, she suggested I call ahead every day, and that they normally were not available until after 1:30. Well, I was there at 5:20 with things to donate and was turned away rudely.
