I give it 1 star because of the customer service. The manager is really nice and does what she can to please you but she isnt there all the time. The lady that is there most of the time when the manager isnt there is sooooooooooooooo SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO rude. But I mean RUDE A.F I only go there for 1 thing. I always order it the same way and she always gives me a HARD TIME. She always said, I cant make it because the manager isnt here to tell the cooks. I mean come on guys, it's just taking red meat off and putting chicken. THATS IT! How hard is it to do that. Im not asking for nothing for free, I'm a paying customer and I tip all the time even when im picking up. But on another note, the food is good, just not the customer service. Authentic Guatemalan tamales as good as my grandmothers! Bought a dozen of both chicken and pork tamales. The meat was tender and flavorful but the sauce (recado) was out of this world! It's like a burst of all the right Guatemalan seasonings!
