When I went to buy my tv a few months ago the “manger” was trying to make an excuse so that he wouldn’t Take the screws out of the tv holder and he just wanted me to unplug the tv pick it up and take it like that. I would call to make a monthly payment on my tv and the would always charge for paying over the phone DONT PAY THEM OVER THE PHONE ASK FOR THE HOME ACCEPTANCE NUMBER AND THEY WONT CHARGE YOU FOR PAYING OVER THE PHONE!!!!! I just called couple minutes ago and the lady was very rude I asked her a question and she hung up right away before answering it 3:40 April 28. Wish I remembered the guy that helped me out with the paper work because he seems like he’s the only one that knows what he’s doing even better then the manager like I said he couldn’t find a screw driver and he wanted me to take the tv like that. He was just being LAZZY. Like I said call home acceptance and then won’t charge you for paying...

I had a table and a mattress delivered to my home over the weekend. My salesperson was a lady by the name Sandra. She took great pains to explain the delivery process and gave me confidence by answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. She advised that the delivery would be early in the day as there was another delivery in my area. The delivery took place earlier than expected much to my pleasant surprise. The truck showed up and 2 delivery men immediately got my order together.One guy brought the first item to my apartment and the other guy got my next item ready. They seemed to have a system going as the delivery was quick, professional and damage free. The whole process of dealing with LA Popular was very pleasant and efficient. And because of my experience there, I would recommend them highly the next time you are looking to buy...
