Grand Venue — Attraction in Los Angeles

My husband and I recently got married at the Grand Venue in Los Feliz and have nothing but fantastic things to note about our experience. I believe the three most important aspects to remark on are the experience, service, and food.

The venue itself is gorgeous and thoroughly detailed with finishes and accents on every surface. From the mirrored walls in the hall to the gold trim, marbled foyer and stages, to the custom scent that you notice upon walking into the venue and continue noticing all night. The team delivers a high level of quality which you can tell is maintained by the staff as they do not cut any corners even when it comes to maintaining their space. One example of this is when we stopped by to drop off our deposit they had flown someone out from Italy just to service their chandelier, this impressed me as it became apparent to me that they do not cut any corners with respect to preserving the quality of their establishment.

The service is quite literally top notch, it will typically begin with arranging a meeting with the floor manager Vahan who will show you around the venue, answer your questions, and detail their offerings to you. Vahan was communicative, and tried his best to accommodate our vision. The general manager Gor is also incredibly professional and kind and did a flawless job streamlining the process for us. During dinner the wait staff was absolutely phenomenal, they catered to our guests needs and were attentive to every detail without needing to be prompted. This service is second to none in the industry I cannot stress this enough.

Lastly and arguably one of the most important things for most is the food. The Grand Venue truly shines when it comes to their food as it is nothing short of spectacular. It is rare when one is able to have both variety and quality in their dining experience and Grand Venue was able to deliver both from their kitchen. The presentation of the food resembles that of a fine dining establishment, nothing is plated with haste, everything is intentional from the spices to the garnishing. Our guests were talking about the food nonstop, the venue provided dozens of mezzas (middle eastern appetizers), chicken, kebab, lamb (which was exceptional), ribs, and so much more to even list. My dad is a chef, so we felt incredible pressure when picking our venue, and I can say with delight, his only complaint was that there was too much food and not enough time to eat all of it.

A note to all currently planning weddings: the venue provides beautiful LED screens for seating arrangements as well as a large screen behind the stage to share photos or your custom logo. The outdoor cocktail area is also impressive and is heated for your guests to stay warm when it gets late. Overall, my absolute highest recommendation goes out to the Grand Venue team. We just had our wedding this past Sunday and it was amazing! All our guest loved the venue and the food was the best we ever had at a banquet venue. The amount of food served is unreal! The manager was very accommodating to our needs and really made an effort to make our event special. Having a venue that has an outdoor and indoor area was important to us and all of our guest loved the courtyard. The venue arranged everything for our cocktail hour and it came out beautiful! We decided to choose the violinist for the cocktail hour and we are so happy with the choice! It gave the cocktail hour an elegant and sophisticated feel. Our guest loved the elegant look of the banquet and the bridal suite is lovely and spacious.

The staff that served the sweetheart table were so friendly and attentive. They were regularly asking if we needed anything and assisted us on any request. Grand Venue was an absolute dream come true. The space is beyond stunning - elegant, beautiful, and unforgettable. The food was absolutely amazing, the lighting was incredible, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The attention and care we received from Gor and Vagan deserves a million stars. Gor answered every question, every text, every detail in the full year leading up to our wedding. He is truly amazing at what he does - deeply caring, incredibly responsive, and a true professional. Vagan was also a pleasure to work with and made sure everything on the day-of went perfectly.
